The bathroom floor slipped and the rail very loose

close proximity to the college, I was in town for event. bed was very comfortable, I slept extremely well once asleep. staff was very nice. easy check in and check out process.

location was kind of hidden, didn’t feel very comfortable in the area. had a small child staying on hall that cried a lot, had trouble falling asleep due to noise. I did not complain about this while at facility.

It was nothing that was likable about the stay.

I told the lady that was working at the front desk that the humidifier was not working and that it very stuffy and humid inside the room and the light was not working properly in room. We all left with headaches and stuffy nose the next morning. I was told that a manager would be in touch with me, but unfortunately I was never contacted.

room smelled like smoke.

The indoor pool is what drove me . Then I received a low price for 2 nights in a really nice room with 2 TVs so I didn't have to watch cartoons with my kids. The beds were very comfortable and clean.

Um maybe the breakfast could use a patty sausage and grits .. or just some other items

Everything was clean & comfortable . Most Everyone was friendly & professional.

Bad tile laymen’s in bathroom. The door neither opened all the way nor closed completely.

We didn’t eat the breakfast at all during our stay because we always skip breakfast to sleep in. The ladies checking me in at the front desk were extremely helpful and really nice. They go above and beyond to meet your needs. Housekeeping was also sweet and respectful. The pool was clean and relaxing. I also got to workout in peace , it was so quiet. It’s plenty of restaurants close by and the movie theater is literally walking distance from the hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

The sheets had not been changed. There comforter had stains that were not visible to the eye but when you touched it you could feel them and see them with a light.

Indoor pool, clean room, quiet area close to restaurants and william Carey college where we attended a basketball game. Also staff was friendly and very helpful.

The room was a bit small but comfortable.

The breakfast was great. The two employees never stopped working while we were eating. They were friendly and helpful. They constantly monitored and cleaned the area. The receptionists were kind and helpful.

Our room was dated. The floor hadn't been vacuumed. The shower and toilet were dirty. There were pieces of used soap in the shower. The people in the next room opened and slammed their door several times during the night. Afterwards, someone knocked on our door twice then jiggled the door knob. I didn't feel safe.
