Shower had very low water pressure. People staying above us were very noisy and running in room most of the night. 🙄

We spoke to the manager in the morning about being robbed the night before, and she was very sympathetic.

First of all, let me say that we are a senior couple (78 & 68). We stopped at this hotel late at night. We were put in a room with no heat and were freezing. The night desk clerk immediately gave us a new room. We had partially unpacked so quickly threw our things together and moved to the other room, hoping to get a good night's sleep and on the road early. Long story short, we accidentally left my wallet in the room. We received a call from the front desk an hour later saying that he had the wallet, and I immediately went to the desk to pick it up. I looked in my wallet and found all of my cash was missing ($350). Upon questioning, the clerk refused to discuss the issue and said we had to call the police. We did so, but of course, nothing could be done. The hotel prevented us and refused to contact or allow us to speak to the people in the room. The police came to speak with us but did not return to our room with any type of follow-up. That money was all we had. We will never stay at this hotel in the future. We are hoping that the hotel chain will accept responsibility for the safety and welfare of their guests and reimburse us the amount of money that was stolen.

The elevator smells wasn’t pleasant, little dirty. Breakfast was ok but I will love to see more variety , fresh fruits and healthy food .

Everything was fine.

The pool hours. It doesn't open until 10am. 1 hour before checkout. You can't take a dip before you get up and leave. It closes at 9pm. We wanted to go just sit by the pool and talk that night before going to bed, but we couldn't get in because it was already closed. We missed a beautiful night. However, there was an ample supply of towels made very available by the pool entrance.

the gentleman at the front desk was very appologetic

given a room key, went to the room and unloked the door and there was a man laying in the bed watching tv went back to front desk to let them know and was given a different room that was not worth what i was charged for it smelled like mold/mildew and there was a massive water leak from the toilet on the floor. room stayed very humid and bed sheets felt damp.

Breakfast was awesome.. many things to choose from.. we have stayed at this hotel for approximately 12-13 years.. wanted to try a couple around the hotel and keep coming back to Baymont/Wingate!

Pillows to sleep on are in very poor condition!! Floppy and feels like filling came apart..

Room was clean and tastefully decorated. Staff was friendly and helpful.

No closet nor anywhere to hang clothes in room. No coffee maker in room. Breakfast was good but food was not kept hot. Color temperature of lighting very cool (not in a good way) and made everything look institutional and sterile like an old hospital.

they lost my reservation,called later with a room cause someone canceled but the door was hard to open and there were 2 full size beds when my reservation was 2 queen size beds and there was no body wash in the dispenser in the bathtub and room was last room at end of hallway.I requested a room close to elevator cause my wife has a walker

Room was not clean. Hair and bugs in bed. Bathroom was dirty. A bug bit me . Arm is swollen. Have pics of all the above

In defense of the hotel they are going through renovations. I overlooked all the renovations. The most critical part for me is a good bed. This hotel has the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on in hotels.
