The property was beautiful and the pictures don't do it justice. We saw whales from our deck for the first few days! It is the perfect place for walking on the beach without the crowds in other areas. Tom (one of the owners) was very helpful with the one issue we had. We will be back again.

This is our 5’th year spending a winter month in Ponce Inlet in Tower #9. We have stayed in other units in the building, this was the best. Super clean, lots of amenities, fabulous view on the 6’th floor, quite beach, plenty of accessories and pantry supplies. Owner was great to work with. Highly recommended.

This condo had everything you could want and need! The location was superb! It was great to begin each warm, sunny day on the balcony watching the ocean. We all had a great time!!!

We have vacationed in the Daytona Beach area for many years and stayed in lots of nice condos, but this is the first time we really fell in love with our accommodations, from the moment we walked in the front door. Maybe a picture is worth a 1000 words, but it doesn't described the feel of a breeze coming through an open door, or standing at the railing with a glass of wine to watch the sunset over the Halifax river. And only video could capture the red-shouldered hawk perched on the ocean-front balcony railing searching beach grasses for signs of breakfast, while we watched in awe. We had all that, plus lots of star-gazing, beach walks, fresh sea food at nearby restaurants in our new-found 'pied à terre'. The condo is furnished with casual chic/ tropical motif beach decor, and the color palette reads 'I am on holiday at the beach'. Underlying this casual feel is an ample and well-thought-out selection of amenities: 100% cotton bed linens on comfy pillow-top mattresses, a well equipped kitchen with good knives, good quality cookware, lots of cutlery and dishes (even a small coffee grinder). Add to this a beer fridge AND a wine fridge, a well equipped laundry room, a TV in each bedroom plus one for each sitting area (plus video games and board games), lots of large beach towels to use by the heated pool and hot tub, a decent fitness room in the adjacent building provided us with all we needed. The condo is situated in a residential area with very few commercial establishments, and lots of beautifully landscaped properties, so the views are lovely any way you look. With a front door equipped with a glass/ screen door, and large windows fitted with louvered blinds you can take full advantage of those views and breeze, and add to the feel of being outdoors especially when the patio doors to the ocean-front balcony are open (giving the effect of a Hawaiian lanai)- a very important element of a holiday in the sun for us snow-bound northerners. Shopping is a nice 5-8 minute drive away (including Starbucks Coffee), with Daytona's main pier about 10 miles- I could still see the fireworks at midnight on the 31st. We were four adults and one 12 year old granddaughter, and we could have added another adult and child without feeling cramped. It was difficult to say goodbye. We all agreed it was, by far, our favorite place and a must come back to place.

Sooo, I'm picky with beach condos. Don't want super crowded, don't want a giant complex with 50+ floors, don't want "side" views, don't want difficult parking. This condo was like a home away from home and was everything I did want! The location is ridiculously awesome, no crowds, easy parking and the unit was very nice and clean. Comfy bed, comfy couch and the kitchen has all you need. But of my goodness....those views are perfection. I'll definitely be back!

What a great getaway. I took my family of four, including a 3 1/2 year old and a 6 year old to Ponce Inlet and stayed in one of the most functional condo's I've ever rented. There's plenty of room. We were able to work, relax and/or play on the beach or in the pool with very little walking involved. Everything was very accessible. It was quiet, comfortable, safe and a great place to relax! The condo itself is set up with high end items like a huge TV for the kids to watch movies (mine thought they were at the movie theater) and other things you don't normally get in a rental. The rooms were spacious, it had an interactive kitchen & dinning area, open family area and was extremely clean. There was plenty to do for all ages in the local area such as visiting the Marine Science Center, the lighthouse, fishing to great local restaurants (including the North Turn which you can walk to) and again, the beach & the pool.
