The location was perfect. A little town with some restaurants and a grocery store Whole Foods and Walmart. Driving distance to the best ski areas around; Vail, Copper, Beaver Creek, Keystone, and others. Very localized. The condo was beautiful. The only complaint I have is the room with the bunk beds and the queen bed is not suitable for another couple. Because the bed was against the wall they had to crawl in to the bed over the other person. Perfect for a family. The management team was excellent in communication and very attentive to all our needs. Will definitely rent from this group again.

Great stay at this condo. Everything was clean and the location was ideal for us. Super easy to get to Copper each morning for skiing and close to lots of restaurants and shopping in Frisco. Our only complaint was the pillows - they were either lumpy/old or extremely thick and firm. But the beds were comfortable. Communication with the property manager was easy and they were quick to respond.

Our first visit we had a couple issues but no big deal. Minimal and slow recovery hot water. No internet. Our Second visit the property was a quite a bit dusty and showing much use. Clogged shower heads and faucets. Water issues again. Beds not as comfortable lumpy pillows. Our last visit and most expensive it was declining the floor in the kitchen is splintering and cut my foot, all ceiling fans had large amounts of dust on the blades to the degree it was falling from the ceiling fan. We had to wait 2 hrs between baths to get hot water. All faucets were still clogged and spraying in many directions. The beds were so uncomfortable and none of the pillows were comfortable at all. These things can be fixed and were brought to their attention every time we stayed.

Great location! Fun place to stay! Close to restaurants and I 70. Would be nice to supply some aluminum foil and Saran Wrap. Otherwise all was great and communication excellent!

Great location, beautiful condo. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Puzzles and games in the condo were nice touch. Heads up, if you are driving a full size SUV/pick up you may not fit in the garage. Plan your vehicle accordingly.

Overall, this property was fantastic. A couple of issues (screens did not stay on window, no cleaning brush in kitchen, old patio chair broke). But, those were minor issues compared to the great property and views!

The property is in a great location - we walked to breakfast and dinner each day and jumped on the bike path several times for adventures! The kitchen has everything you could need, and every room is comfortable and welcoming! We will stay here again!!

Adorable and clean! Super cozy and functional!

Good size condo, modern, well stocked, comfortable mattress on king-size bed. Huge TV in living room, plenty of windows, nice views. Had some minor maintenance issues but management was very responsive and sent a repair person out the next day. Downside: Bedroom faces I-70 and the freeway noise is loud if you have the window open at night, which you need to do so during the summer months (no AC). Management company charges a 2.5% credit card processing fee which is not mentioned in the online listing, reveals it when its time to pay the second half of the deposit.

It is well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen and the heated floors are especially nice for ski season. It is a short walk to the restaurants of Frisco from the property and short drives to Copper and Breckenridge (10-15 minutes). We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here last year and we came back this year because of the comfortable, clean and beautifully appointed setting. There is easy access to the highway and to Frisco’s Main Street shops. We highly recommend.

A second shuttle requiring a transfer can also be taken to Breckenridge. The condo is a good size especially the primary suite which also has a lovely gas fireplace. We had an issue with the ensuite toilet blocking but this was quickly resolved. It was nice to have puzzles and a few games to play during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped except for missing a flipper which made it difficult to fry eggs for breakfast but this was a minor issue.

We stayed for a week in early winter. This property was as advertised. It was well appointed, the beds were comfy and the kitchen stocked. No complaints except it’s a bit far from town. It would be walkable in the summer but a bit far to venture in colder months. However, being all the way at the end of the Main Street makes it easy to get on and off the highway. Overall a wonderful stay.

This was a great unit. Very clean and spacious. Quick follow-up from the property management team when we had a hot water issue. Great location - close to downtown and trails.

The total rental experience was exceptional. The property is very clean with high end finishes and appliances. The location is convenient for those wanting to be near all the action in town but it also feels tranquil in a quite neighborhood at the edge of town and it is right next to hiking and biking trailheads.

We've been to Summit County many times and this is by far the best place we've stayed. We love the town of Frisco, and this condo is new, spacious, tastefully decorated, clean and in a great location/walking distance to trailheads and downtown. (It is about a 15 minute walk to the main part of downtown.) The rooftop balcony is large and has awesome views. If you are opposed to stairs, however, this property may not be for you, as it's on the second floor. We really enjoyed our time in Frisco and we hope to stay at this property again!

Easy check in without having to go to a separate property management location. Property itself is great, clean and spacious and well appointed.

The condo is very spacious and nice. There are some pretty views out the windows. Nice corner unit. Beds are very comfortable. Location is great! On end of main street. Walking distance to main street shop's and restaurants. Right across the street from vail pass and a block away from another trail. Communication with property management was very easy and they were very responsive. Cons: you do hear I-70 in master bedroom. Bathmats were really gross. I threw them in washing machine first thing. There were only 2 trash bags. Mgt told me you have to request more if needed. I have never had to do that before. No spatula. No hot pad. No sort of sponge or brush to wash a dish. No hand soap at kitchen sink. These are all minor things, but nonetheless leave an impression. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo.
