Check in was fine - though possible mixup on collection from local petrol station Area is easy to find and quiet, within a short 15 minute walk to bars and shops, including a supermarket. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable, pool was nice and clean. Would recommend - thanks Davide for your help and recommendations

Thanks alot to Fabio and Davide for our wonderful time in Arona. We travelled with 5 adults and 1 child and had no problems whatsoever. The villa has a great size, good distribution of bedrooms and bathrooms. We also had no problems concerning loudness with different wakeup times. The water in the area seems pretty hard, so the shower and faucets were a bit spotted by the chalk. Outside area is very big aswell, with three different seat/lounge locations and also enough beach chairs for all adults (6).. There also were lots of beachballs/toys available for the pool. View from the balcony is stunning. Towels and bedsheets were changed after one week which is pretty uncommon but nice! The location was great for us - pretty quiet area, little bit of elevation for cooler nights and also a pretty short drive to the Teide national park and most of the south/west beaches. Supermarket was a 3minute drive to the Mercadona in Cabo Blanco. Communication with Fabio and Davide was seemless and fantastic. Both are very accommodating, helpful and friendly.

Where do I start, everything was just fabulous. Fabio the host was most helpful, talking us through everything on arrival & also offering to book us taxis to and from las Americas etc. The villa had everything we needed including essential items left for us on arrival such as wine, beer, milk & snacks. All rooms were spotlessly clean , as was the pool area & Fabio provided us with beach towels too. The villa is in a very quiet area so it was so tranquil. As it is towards higher ground sometimes the weather can be cloudier than down near the coast but it was still lovely & warm. We didn’t opt to have the pool heated as it didn’t need if, as long as the pool was covered at night, it was lovely and warm in the morning. The only negative thing I had to say, was, as a group of 9 girls all fighting to get ready at the same time, there weren’t enough mirrors but that is the only bad thing I can say. Honestly, we had the most amazing time staying at the villa. I would 100% book this again.

We had the most amazing stay in Fabio’s villa. From the start to the end, Fabio couldn’t do enough for us. The villa was immaculate, with everything you could possibly think off. Although the villa wasn’t in the busy areas, it was only a short drive away which was perfect for us. We would definitely recommend this villa to others

Villa Evelyn is an exceptional villa, clean, spacious and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to have the perfect holiday. The view to the coast and the surrounding hills is wonderful and the outdoor space allows for both day and night time enjoyment. Fabio is an excellent host providing great local restaurant and shopping recommendations as well as things to do and see in Tenerife. Nothing was too much trouble for Fabio or Davide. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area so a car is required to get out and about. Thank you for a wonderful stay Fabio and thanks for the running route tips!

This spacious villa had everything you need for a relaxing, enjoyable holiday on the lovely island of Tenerife. Very well equipped throughout, with good size bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, great outdoor space, including a lovely pool. Stunning views down to the coast and plenty of local eating places, shops and places to visit. Fabio, the host, was amazing - very, very helpful, with nothing too much trouble and a great list of recommended restaurants and trips out. Car hire needed for this property.

We have just returned from a fabulous week at Villa Evelyn. We have stayed in lots of villas and this was one of the best. Clean spacious and very well equipped. The pool and outside space is perfect for our grandchildren. Great communication with Fabio and he made everything so easy, even booking our taxi to the airport on our last day. We would highly recommend this Villa and hope to return one day. Thank you Fabio!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Arona. Excellent villa with great space indoors and out. Beautiful view of sea and surrounding hills. Well equipped and in great location close to a couple of local towns but 5mins drive to main resorts if so wish. Fabio the owner was very helpful in directing us where to eat and shop etc. Would definitely stay here again.

All communication with Fabio before our visit was dealt with very swiftly and he couldn’t do enough to make sure our stay was as we hoped. This continued with a message from Fabio on our arrival and we were met by him at the villa even though our flight arrival was quite late in the evening. The villa exceeded expectations and was wonderfully clean and well appointed with uninterrupted views down towards to coast. The wrap around patio was perfect for our toddler and the heated pool and games of boules were very much enjoyed by all of us throughout the week! Fabio had also sent us an extremely helpful list of recommendations for restaurants, shops and excursions... a lot of which we used during our visit. The end of our trip was a little stressful with the arrival of the Spanish lockdown due to Covid-19. Fabio could not have been more helpful... our departing flight was cancelled and rearranged for the following day. As soon as we let Fabio know, he immediately offered us another night in the villa and stayed in regular contact with us to ensure we could stay at the villa as long as possible ahead of his next guests. This made what could have been a very stressful situation significantly more bearable. Thank you for everything Fabio. We look forward to staying at your villa again when this crazy situation is over!

Fabulous villa with excellent hosts. Fabio and Davide are just the best! Very attentive and knowledgeable about the area and are always on hand when needed. Villa very clean with excellent comfortable beds, facilities and furniture. Maybe another full length mirror would be good 😁�. Fabio gave us his list of bars and restaurants. We got a takeaway delivered from Hong Kong Chinese. The best Chinese takeaway/restaurant ever! The use of a car would be best if wanting to go around the island. Taxi into Las Americas costs around €15. Thanks once again Fabio for welcoming us into your villa.

We would highly recommend this villa for a family holiday. Beautiful views, & extremely child friendly.

We are a family of 6, all adults. We had a fantastic stay at Fabio’s Villa, the location was great for us as it was quiet, but near to things we needed or wanted to see. Walking to the nearest town took 10 minutes and the bus at the top of the road took us into Los Cristianos. Fabio was wonderful and very helpful with everything. We have stayed at many villas and Fabio’s is one of our favourites. It was lovely to have a welcome pack of food on our arrival, not that common in rental villas. Although the pool was slightly smaller than we thought we still made good use of it and anyone with smaller children will love it! We didn’t have a car for our holiday but managed well using buses, walking and taxis (with Fabio’s help!). Villa Evelyn allowed us to have some great family time together, which is getting harder as the kids are ‘growing up’. Fabio’s little extra touches make all the difference. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this fabulous villa. It has amazing views and comes fully equipped and the mid week change of towels and bedding was a really nice touch. Fabio is the perfect host - attentive but not intrusive - with lots of invaluable local knowledge. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa and we certainly will be back.

Fabio and his son, Davide, are incredible hosts and very helpful. The place is large and comfortable. There were 4 of us and we all had our own personal space. A car is definitely recommended if you are staying here so you can go to all the cool places on of the islands. Gracias Fabios & Davide!

The villa certainly lived up to its billing. It’s in a fabulous location and is very well appointed. We were greated by Davide and he went through the villa explaining everything to us. He also sent over a great list of Restaurants to try , which was very helpful. I would recommend this Villa to anyone.Problably best to have a car although Taxis are quite cheap and there is a bus stop just up the road .

Myself, husband our children and grandchildren are just back from an 11 night stay in this amazing home. Well what can I say about this villa oh I could write a book from the stunning views beautiful location and sheer size both inside and outside. When we arrived as we had hired a car and were unsure of the way Fabio's son Davide met us and showed us directly to the villa. When inside we were taken on a tour of the entire villa and I can assure you that every picture and description that it shows on the home away site is 100% accurate but you need see it to really appreciate its beauty. The pool was a real asset for us as from early morning the kids were up and in it then dipping in and out at their leisure. The villa was absolutely spotless and the beds were so comfortably a real rare occurrence when on holiday because most of us come home with a sore back which defiantly wasn't the case this time. Also as we arrived at after 7pm it was brilliant to see some much appreciated tea, coffee, milk, water, and of course a few cool beers in fact Fabio and Davide had thought of everything from having detergent for the washing machine to dish washer tabs. Nothing was to much trouble for the guys. The villa is in a residential area so the bus stop is 2 minutes away which was excellent because even though we had the car there wasn't enough room for us all we used it for nipping to the shops or if my husband and i wanted we could just get into the car and go for a drive into playa las Americas which is also only 10 minutes drive away. So the bus was ideal as it took us straight into los cristianos and from there you could get a bus anywhere. Fabio had a very bad accident a few weeks before we arrived and still managed to come and welcome us with the help of his son Davide a true gentleman. The outside area had a barbecue which we used a few times brilliant because we don't get to do a lot of that at home. As we don't speak a lot of Spanish on a few occasions when the whole family were going out for meals and drinks we wanted to get taxis rather than the bus in the evening so I contacted Fabio and he organised taxis to come pick us up from the villa which was great. Down sides to this villa well there are absolutely NONE I only wish it was mine. So to Fabio and Davide thank you so much for allowing my family the opportunity to spend our summer holiday in this beautiful property. One thing guaranteed we will definitely be booking with you again. Colleen :)

We had an amazing week in Fabios villa. The villa was outstanding and is just like the pictures you see on the internet. It was very clean, tidy and meet all expectations. The pool and garden area was fab and very safe for kids. The garden was nice and shaded at times so was good when we wanted to keep the kids out the sun for a bit during the day. Pool was clean and very refreshing when you wanted to cool down. We hired a car and highly recommend it for the location and was reasonably priced for the week. Fabio was great in recommending restaurants, beaches and day trips which made our holiday even more special. Fabio was a fab host was on hand when we had any problems and nothing seem to be a problem with him. I would 100% recommend this villa and Fabio :-) Thank you Fabio we will definitely be booking with you in the future.

Fabio was the perfect host from booking the villa to booking cabs for us during our stay! The villa is clean and large, the pool was heated. We cooked in most nights so their was all the utensils we needed. There is even two fridges which was really helpful to chill the wine! We suggested plastic cups for around the pool and Fabio brought them that day with some gorgeous cakes for the 9 of us. The water can go hot to cold, but that’s a Spanish thing. There are shops around a 15 minute walk. It’s a lovely quiet area. We would stay again. Thank you Fabio. We had a blast!

Not everyone likes to stay in a hectic tourist resort. Villa Evelyn lies in the lower hills near the coast with a panoramic view. The property is as described and Fabio is the perfect host. You need a car for the 10 minute drive to the popular resorts when not enjoying the pool and terrace. Take advantage of Fabio's many suggestions for exploring the island and if you're a food lover visit some of the tucked-away restaurants on his list.

Wir (6 Erwachsene) hatten in dem Haus eine tolle Woche und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die großzügige Ausstattung (3 Doppelzimmer, 3 Bäder) hat das Zusammenleben erheblich erleichtert. Dazu die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten, sich gemeinsam um einen Tisch zu versammeln: drinnen, draußen vorne und hinten, also jederzeit wahlweise in der Sonne oder im Schatten. Der beheizte Pool ist vor allem im "Winter" klasse, wenn es einem im Meer zu kalt ist. Außerdem ist man ja ziemlich weit vom Meer weg. Dafür hat man aber absolute Ruhe und einen wunderbar weiten Blick. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Fabio ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber: Immer ansprechbar, hilfsbereit und bemüht, einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.

Excellent communication with the owner from start to finish. Villa is as described with the added bonus of the cleaner mid stay. Thank you. The villa is away from all the mass tourism venues and this is a relief as you can truly experience the local life. Having said that if you cannot resist karaoke bars or your perfect English breakie then tou are only a 15 min drive from it all! I would recommend renting a car as this means you can drive to the El Teide national park or visit the many farmer s market around or do some shopping in Santa Cruz. And the view......will return. Large and spacious villa in a lovely location. External areas are very well aportioned allowing for peace and even more quiet !. Has all you could need for a lovely and relaxing holiday and Fabio is a great host, making sure that everything is ok. Because of the quite , residential nature of the area you do need a car but there are plenty of supermarkets and shops within a few minutes drive. Overall an excellant place to stay in Tenerife and would definetly recommend if your after rest and relaxtion , although its not very far from los cristianos and las Americas if you like that sort of thing.

Took my children and parents for our family holiday and had lovely time in the villa. Fabio greeted us and talked us through the villa and local area. If you are after a nice and peaceful holiday, this is the villa for you, it takes approximately 10 minutes to walk into the local town where there are plenty of supermarkets or 10 minutes to drive into Los Christianos. The villa has lots of outdoor space and the pool is an ideal size for families with young children. We met Fabio and his son Davide who are both lovely and stayed in contact throughout the duration of our stay to answer any questions we had.

Fabio is a great host. Nothing is too much trouble. Communications before arrival and throughout stay made everything very easy. We arrived early and were allowed to use outside space which made us feel we'd not lost most of our first day. The kids loved the pool and outside space and villa is lovely throughout. We had a hire car which I'd recommend but was a lovely location to pop to Los christianos or siam mall area. Supermarket isn't far either. We had a lovely stay. Thank you

Just back from a week in this gorgeous villa! Spotlessly clean, well equipped, great location and Fabio & Davide couldn't have been more helpful. We would definitely return to Villa Evelyn again. Our 8 year old son spent his week in the pool and we spent most evening enjoying the beautiful views from the patio. Very close to most local attractions. We really enjoyed Siam water park which was only a 10 minute drive from the villa. Thanks again Fabio for a fantastic week in Tenerife!
