The check in and check out process is very easy. The property manager is very quick to respond. Maintenance was very nice and helpful. We noticed a couple things when coming in the home and made the property manager aware of it and we received a call from maintenance within a couple hours. The location was perfect and had an amazing view! The only downside was the Wi-Fi didn’t really work but overall it was a great vacation home and we would love to return!

The 3rd floor bathroom in the hallway had a horrible black mold problem. It is all over the wall and the ceiling above the shower. We did not want to use that bathroom at all, but had to. The toilet was repaired during our stay (someone had tried to fix it previously with duct tape) as well as the shower head that fell off. There was a miscommunication with maintenance and had to wait 8 hours to get the shower and toilet repaired.

The first floor shower was not even hooked up.

Many doors are difficult to close.

The 2nd floor bathroom toilet would run. the inside of the tank has a shoestring holding together the float.

Shelves are missing from the refrigerator door.

The oven takes an hour to heat up. The door does not close all of the way unless forced.

The staff that answered our calls regarding maintenance issues were friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff was also very courteous and addressed problems that could be taken care of.

There was more than enough room for our family to be together and be apart when needed. From the gameroom for the teenagers to the main living room for the younger children to the large table for card playing to the upper loft for quiet time - we loved place!! The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms were very spacious. The only drawback would have been if there had been snow - the driveway might have proven a problem for some in our family, but overall a wonderful stay! THANK YOU!!

View was awesome. Hot tub, fire pit and large, open living room / dining space is amazing. We had 15 adults and kids for Christmas and were able to all be together. The host had it beautifully decorated for Christmas with a tree and it was lovely!! I Oven, microwave and coffee maker all worked and were great. We enjoyed the wrap around deck too and hiked up the hill in back with the kids. The table fit all us and Plates, bowls and even cooking dishes were plentiful. (They were a little low on forks and since we had 15 people, we were handing washing forks. But plenty of spoons and knives. ). This was a great space for all of us to enjoy a very special Christmas with extended family. It brings people together and yet you still have some ruggedness with the outdoor feel. Highly recommend it.

Reviewer Comments: We checked in on eve of 28th with 2 toddlers when they decided to play on main floor (carpeted) we quickly realized that it has not been vacuum for some time, when we vacuumed it, we realize that its not safe for kids to play on floor carpet at all (based on amount of dirt that got collected in vacuum). Next stop, cooking meal - any utensils we got out of cabinets (plates, knifes, pots & pans, even cutting board) were almost as dirty as you would find after use - almost just like put them under water and stack back in without any scrubbing etc. Next came cleaning them ourselves before use. Ran dishwasher cycles two times post scrubbing utensils ourselves for us to realize, dishwasher is not working (so had to clean all those utensils ourselves in sink). Net net, we ended up leaving cabin more clean then what we got with a feeling that we were hired to clean their property and we paid them for giving us opportunity to clean..lol... I wish they consider how much people pay and anticipate their vacation instead of spending lot of time cleaning their property. Hope they get cues out of this review and maintain property bit better. At this price point, every guest deserves basic cleanliness and hasslefree vacation especially while everybody is worried about COVID-19 related safety.

Apart from above, property is located at very convenient location and provides stunning views of wilderness and towns around valley. I wish we were less busy in cleaning their mess and constant worry of hygiene while cooking, eating, drinking, or letting kids play/walk/run around inside on floor etc.

Property was very spacious. Some items could be updated, but everything was in working condition. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

Cabin was very nice and relaxing. But the road leading up to the place could use some repairs and the pool railing needs repairs because it’s and accident waiting to happen . Also there should be a sign posted about the thermostat location. When we Checked in it was 67 degrees and we couldn’t find the theromastst it was upstairs in the end bedroom and only found it because we had to call about it being freezing in there

It was amazing overall. The house is huge, room sizes are amazing and it had everything that we were looking for.

How often do you find a house to rent with 9 bedrooms. We had a wonderful time with extended family reconnecting in the mountains. The pool was a hit as it was hot and beautiful weather. We would definately come back.
