Great value pool is clean and the breakfast is a nice touch. Beds are comfortable and the room is inviting.

The receptionist (I think her name was - Terilyn) was an exceptional employee! She even showed me how to install an Uber app on my phone to get a car to take me to the event that I was attending. Housekeeping was efficient and responsive to my needs. Overall, you should be commended on having a very personable and friendly staff.

Clean room. Comfy bed and comforter. Cold ac.

TV was tough to use. Wifi kept cutting out. Tub was not very clean. Most receptacles in room were tòo loose to use.

They don't clean the rooms while you're staying for several days. Only when you do the checkout.

The pool

TV was difficult to operate. The bed was not on a stable base. There were some metal bars strung underneath the bed to hold it up but were all bent. The box spring was old, broken and very stained. The mattress was old and has no stability. The phone was old and discolored and didn’t even want to touch it. There wad a loud humming noise all the time made for a bad nights sleep all around.

The Breakfast is good with couple of varieties. I think I like the Hotel arena. The environment is quite and clean for my liking. The Attendants are friendly and welcoming. Keep it up.

Hotel name is CLARION POINTE HOTEL. But on arrival, I saw DAYS INN. I was confused for a while. I asked again before I was redirected. I think the Old name of the hotel (Days Inn) should be changed to reflect the current name which is CLARION POINTE HOTEL.

Hotel was modernizing and never interfered with us.

Booked a room here due to our apartment being destroyed by fire and smoke damage. Upon arrival we were told we would need an additional $200 deposit on top of what we already paid because we live in the city the hotel is located. We went elsewhere
