My husband, myself and another couple wanted to be close to downtown but too close. This was the perfect location, 10 minute drive from downtown. We still had plenty of options to walk to for food or cocktails. The house was super sweet, loved that we each had our own leave with a bedroom and bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. We will be back for sure.

You were for friends travelling together to see the sites of Nashville. We enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood which was easily walkable to many cafés, coffee shops pubs, groceries etc. the townhouse was clean and well appointed. We absolutely loved the rooftop patio on which we Enjoyed our morning coffee and our late night glasses of wine. The host was easy to work with and responded quickly to our questions. Where is elite bluebird to and from downtown Nashville with no issues. Overall a fantastic five night stay in Nashville

Overall the rental met my needs but the layout of it was nonfunctional. In the pictures I did not get that there was a disconnect of kitchen to where the table was to eat which was on a different floor.

In Nations neighborhood. Fun area. Two bedroom house. Sleeps 6 but a bit of a stretch as it has 2 bedrooms and a small pullout couch in small living room. We had a great stay!

Loved this spot. Felt safe. Was quiet. Concert with girls. Comfy bed and pillow. Very clean. Good neighbors. Coffee right around the corner at Red Bicycle.

We enjoyed our stay in this property. Two separate bedrooms, one upstairs one main floor which was nice. Both had bathrooms with showers. The property is in our quiet neighbourhood about a 10 minute drive to downtown. The neighbourhood is older with lots of new homes infilled. This suited us great as we enjoyed getting away from the hustle and bustle of downtown for a break. A short walk away was a fantastic brewery/pub. Went there every day and enjoyed the atmosphere. Half a block down was a Bakery, the other direction, a corner store, gas station close by and other pubs. If stairs are a problem, this property would not be good for you. The second bedroom is up a full story. Also, there’s a rooftop patio another story above that. We could hear absolutely no sounds from the neighbors, which was great.

Loved this property. Communication was super and responsive. Clean, easy access to everything and just enough out is the crowds.

Comfortable, convenient, easy

I can’t say anything negative about this place! Well appointed with everything you’ll need in the kitchen and bathrooms, super clean, the most comfortable beds, beautifully decorated, perfect location…far enough from the hustle and bustle of Broadway, but close enough to go back and forth thruout the day. Safe neighborhood, right around the corner from a good breakfast spot. Make a trip to Fat Bottom Brewery for good beers and eats. Super quick communication with the owner. Will definitely be back if/when we visit Nashville again!!!

Renting this condo turned out to be the perfect decision for my group that included my wife and I along with another couple. We were staying in Nashville to explore the city, bars, and music for only 3 days but found this condo to be cozy and just the right distance from downtown/Broadway. The entire place was clean and well furnished. Beds were comfy. We loved the outdoor deck even though we didn’t make enough time for hanging out there. The check-in process was easy through VRBO and the property manager was very responsive. The only thing that caused us any problem was that the UBER drivers kept dropping us off and picking us up on the back side of the unit we stayed in (in the alley) so we ended up being confused as to which place was ours when we arrived and had to walk around the building multiple times when being picked up. No big deal though. Oh, and we couldn’t get the TVs to work…I think there are only streaming capabilities but we couldn’t connect. Overall, a very good stay.

Very pleased with our stay. Location was nice and quiet. We were happy with the price. Just a short 10-15 drive to downtown. Place was a bit small and hard to hangout in but you don’t visit Nashville just to stay inside. We loved the Red Bicycle diner next door, the food was fantastic. Definitely recommend. We wished we could have seen more of the breweries and diners in west Nashville but it’s hard to fit everything in, in a short weekend.

The house was clean and nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The host was very amenable and helpful when dummy me didn't read instructions on where to park (sorry!) and he answered me right away and was so nice. Thanks for the comfortable stay!

Had a good time staying here, the location is close to Sylvan Park and the Greenway, which is where we wanted to be. Easy access off the freeway and close by all conveniences. Good coffee and a bakery right next door. Would stay here again.

We spent a long weekend in Nashville and stayed in The Nations. Nice accommodations, easy Uber ride to Broadway and a bakery two doors down with the BEST morning pastries. Had a small issue with a tv remote and Neal had it taken care of within minutes. :) Would recommend this location and would rent it again.

The property was clean and comfortable and it met all of our needs. However, we noticed a few ascetic issues when we arrived. There was drywall damage to the ceiling and some scrapes/ gouges on the walls downstairs that were a bit un-slightly, though it did not affect our overall experience. Some minor recommendations we would make is to have mirrors placed in both of the bedrooms and more hand towels in the bathrooms. It would be nice to have one of the 4 parking spaces available too as there were multiple cars on the street and it was at times hard to find a close space. The positives include good proximity to Nashville & surrounding neighborhoods. Not having to worry about a key entry. Very private, quiet, nice size bedrooms, nicely decorated, good shower pressure and water temps. I would recommend the property to friends and consider staying there again. Thank you!
