The front desk customer service was helpful and friendly. The security of the building and room was great. They had a good breakfast buffet. The room was nice. It was almost like a apartment with the kitchenette included.

Would have liked to have firmer mattresses. That is just our personal preference on mattresses. The bed was still comfortable enough to sleep on.

The location was excellent to all the local attractions. The breakfast was great. Sasha at the front desk was very friendly and had a great attitude. Love the family atmosphere.

Hotel refused to issue an invoice. Reservation have been made through Booking.com and Booking.com informed that due to agreement with hotel indeed the hotel is obliged to issue an invoice. The hotel primarely refused to do it, then, after am intervention of Booking.com, agreed to issue an invoice, but finally refused to do it shifting responsibility to Booking.com. I travel a lot every year but expierence such situation for the first time in my life. I definitely do not recommend to book this hotel through Booking.com if you need an invoice from hotel.

We didn’t stay.

When we arrived we were told that there was maintenance issues with our room so they would put us up in another hotel which was not near as nice. We were also told that our new hotel would be paid for but as of right now I’m being billed for the rooms which the cost is more than what our stay would have been at Home2 Suites. I had made our reservation in advance and was not happy when we didn’t find out until we arrived that we didn’t have a room.

Bathroom door was way way too close to the toilet, almost impossible to maneuver around in the washroom. We liked the outdoor patio however one bbq didn’t work the entire week we were there, and the opposite sink didn’t work either the entire time. We did call staff to check it for us as well. Also black granite countertops in a place that gets as hot as Nashville is a bad design, we could not use the countertops for anything. Could not place the food or dishes as everything either partially cooked or melted from the heat.

The location was great and walking distance to broadway and many restaurants. The staff was very kind, and their daily breakfast spread was impressive. We enjoyed the size of the room and the amenities of this mini kitchen. Would absolutely stay here again.
