I rented Blue Skies for the month of December to enjoy the beautiful weather and other things Carmel has to offer. This home offered enough room for my kids to drop in and spend some time with me, and its beautiful backyard enable my dogs and I to launch onto multiple walks every day followed by naps in the afternoon sun. The home is amazing and very spacious. The master upstairs is terrific and its balcony enables a morning cup of coffee, serenity, and beautiful views. All the rooms are top rate and very comfortable. Add a first rate kitchen, dinning room, washer/dryer, and a few TVs and it spells a fantastic visit. For those new to Carmel, the location of Blue Skies also provides easy walking access to most of the towns great restaurants. Superbly maintained home with ample room upstairs and down. Located on a quiet street (you can hear the waves crashing against the shore in the evening) within easy walking distance to downtown Carmel combined with quick access to Highway 1 for nearby shopping. Don Cherry Community Center is one block away, which provides some intimate entertainment options. Similarly, you're within easy walking distance of The famed Forest Theatre which features plays, musicals and feature films in a quaint outdoor setting. Property management company does a superb job of attending to all your needs/questions.

My husband and I spent the month of July last summer at this very charming house in Carmel. We had a wonderful time. The house is almost like new inside with every needed convenience. One of the most important things for us, too, is that it's an easy 5. Minute walk to town and a nicely challenging 10 minute walk back. We love to walk to the Bruno's, the legendary all-purpose Carmel store, for the newspaper and croissants each morning. The house is exactly like it is pictured and is beautifully maintained and the kitchen had everything we needed. Candace, the manager, is extremely nice and helpful. We had a small problem with one of the kitchen lights and their maintenance man was there within the hour. I would recommend Blue Skies to anyone wanting to spend time in Carmel. It's lovely.

Had an amazing time staying at this incredibly beautiful home in Carmel. It was the perfect getaway from home and walking distance to all the amazing shops and restaurants in downtown Carmel. We were just a close drive from the Pebble Beach Golf Course where we went to the AT&T Pro-AM Golf Tournament. I would recommend this vacation home to any family or couple looking for a lovely stay in the most beautiful city in CA!

This is a cozy, well appointed home with attractive furniture, a kitchen that is spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need and large master bedroom with a super comfortable bed and roomy bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The other two bedrooms are conveniently located on lower level and also beautifully furnished with comfortable beds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rent this property again. The management company was attentive and helpful when we had questions.

My overall impression of the rental was that it exceeded my expectations. First of all, the location was ideal as it was a short walk into the heart of downtown Carmel and a short walk to the ocean. I was able to run from the house down to the jogging paths that go along the ocean and it made for a spectacular jog. The house had three ample bedrooms and the overall decor of the house was tasteful and charming. I loved the personal touch left by the artwork made by the owner's daughter. The paintings done by the daughter accented the Spanish-style architecture of the house. The owner was readily accessible and provided wonderful customer service when I had to reach him because I had the wrong key to open the door. The owner took the initiative to coordinate with the property managers and resolve my problem. It was all done in a very professional manner. While staying at this property, I enjoyed the mediterranean restaurant, Yafa and the oil and vinegar shop called Trio Carmel. I fell in love with all of the oils and vinegars that you can use in your cooking. I would completely recommend this property to a friend or relative.

I have been fortunate enough to stay at Blue Skies on a few occasions. Beautiful home, spacious, tastefully decorated, warm, and has all the amentities one needs. Besides the home itself, you are walking distance to downtown Carmel and all this amazing town has to offer. Highly recommend and will be staying there again very soon.

Wow, amazing location! Loved this spacious house and it's proximity to all the shops, restaurants, and of course the beach. The owners have really kept it tidy and the decor made me feel right at home. I also like the large bathrooms.

Spent a lovely weekend at this gorgeous home. Perfectly appointed and an excellent way to enjoy all that Carmel has to offer. It's a treat to stay there!

Beautiful property! Stayed here for the long weekend and had an amazing time. We were very impressed with the decor as well as the high quality linens and towels that were provided. The bed was very comfortable and steam shower in the attached bathroom to the bedroom was delightful. The location was amazing, it was an easy walk to reach all the great shops and restaurants in the town. We will be booking Blue Skies again next time we return to Carmel By the Sea!
