Nice location with excellent views.

A bit cramped for family of 4 with 4 pieces of luggage. Hot water in shower is limited, supposedly because of local ordinances.

Hot tub was great. A real bonus and the reason for booking. Kitchen generally well equipped. Lots of character - one of our favourite overnight stays , but also the most expensive! Great location for Golden Circle.

Mugs were totally inadequate - had to use glasses to make large cups of tea, coffee, choc. Also the kettle was far too small and dangerous because the cord did not stretch too far. TV was a bit too small as it was positioned quite a distance from the sofa, but we still loved the property and would stay again!

everything is amazing! it is our favourite weekend getaway! recommending it to everybody!

Location and had everything we needed

The water smell, I like that it used geothermal power. But the hot water stinks when you aren’t used to it

Excellent location about half an hours drive from all the main Golden Circle sites. The cabin was clean, neat and tidy with everything in good working order. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. I would highly recommend.

the views are absolutely breathtaking! the cabin looks tiny from the outside but has everything you need and did I mention the views? the many windows many you practically get a 360 view of the stunning surroundings.

Hot tub was amazing and views of northern mights were stunning. When we arrived the hot tub needed filled and a member of staff did this within 10 minutes and then came back later that night which we were really impressed with! Would highly recommend

Our family of four (mom, dad, and two girls ages 6 and 8) really enjoyed the geothermal aspects of this cabin as well as the surroundings! It was really neat to try a hot tub filled with geothermal water. The water system is explained when you arrive so you know what to expect. It does get super hot super quick and it does have the sulphur smell but we figured it all out. That’s part of the adventure! The cabin was simple, quaint, and sufficient for everything we needed for one night! Comfortable and clean. Very calm, serine views. Gulfoss waterfall and Geysir attractions within 20-30 minutes.

Like all the places we stayed in Iceland, we wish there were ice trays with ice in the freezer! We know it’s Iceland but we still like ice cubes with our cocktails! Similarly, we wish the showers had little shelves to put shampoo/soap rather than on the floor. But obviously not huge deals!

We enjoyed the place, clean and well equipped.

Located perfectly within the Golden Circle you can make day trips from this perfect location to every major site on the trail. We loved our stay. 3 Adults stayed easily in this apartment. We enjoyed big days our exploring nature driving easily the to Gysers, the National Park and enjoyed lunch at the local Greenhouse. In the evenings we returned and spent hours in the Geo-Thermal naturally heated Hot Tub. Would highly recommend this place for people looking to spend some time within the Circle.. there is no need to drive back to the capital. Stay in nature.

Great location, quiet, amazing views, high quality cabin. Well laid out with a great hot tub with great views.

Just perfect getaway! Wonderful view from big windows, all kitchen facilities, good and comfortable beds. Very clean!
