The apartment is really nice, clean, new and located nearby the cities (not in the center of Reykjavik but easy to reach by car) and closed to supermarkets (can easily walk to Bonus). We are group of family (6 people) and there are 2 bedrooms (one with their own bathroom) and 1 sofa bed. There is also one more bathroom outside the bedroom which is really good for us to have in total of 2 bathrooms compared to other apartments that most of them have only 1 bathroom. The apartment is spacious with all facilities needed for travelers. The kitchen and dining room are convenient. The building is private and safe. The parking area is nearby (there is also a parking fee depends on day and time you park but it's affordable. Parking lot may be full nearby in busy time but still can manage to get one.

The bedsheet on the sofa bed is a bit dirty when we first arranged the sofa to sleep. However, we chat to inform the owner and they bring the new bedsheet to us afterwards. Thank you so much.

Beautiful apartment, very comfortable with all the required facilities. The location is good and you have nearby plenty of different restaurants.

Everything. Close proximity to downtown but far away enough away from the hustle and bustle. 30 second walk to bus stop 12 which was real convenient for tours. The apartment was roomie, clean modern and quiet. Bed was perfect and blinds kept out the midnight sun. 2 blocks from the waters edge which was nice for evening strolls. Would not hesitate to rebook.

We needed more information on how to park our rental car. It was unclear around the property where I could park. Some explanation would have been helpful. All the meters were in Icelandic and I could not use the meters.

Spacious apartment in a great location for exploring Reykjavík and further afield. Great quality appliances and spotlessly clean. Really quiet apartment block in great location near the seafront and within walking distance of main sights of Reykjavík. Easy parking right outside apartment block that you can pay for by app and easy to navigate out of the city to explore some absolutely amazing sights. Within walking distance of a number of supermarkets.

As there was no wardrobe/storage in the second bedroom, people in that room would need to share the wardrobe in the main bedroom. Although this wasn’t a problem for us and there is more than enough space to do this, we thought it would help if there was some kind of hooks on the wall in the second bedroom to hang a few clothes on hangers.

If you‘re travelling with more than two people, I wouldn‘t recommend this location because the couch isn‘t comfortable at all.

communication with manager not as clean as it should be for the price shower was plugged up and flooded the whole bathroom in ensuite and no attempts were made to repair it. Towels and pillows were worn and should be replaced. the tv, coffee pot and most of the stove top didn’t work.

The apartment was in a great location and was comfortable for a large family.

There were minor issues like flooding in one of the bathrooms, poor quality of toiletries and the fact that there was no cleaning/room service during the 10 days that we stayed there. Nevertheless, we would recommend the place for a family stay.

Very good value for money for the size of the apartment and location. All amenities up to par. Will stay here again.

The flat was very spacious and clean. Really worth it! The host was also very helpful with instructions and guidance, great communication overall.

Everything was really good! The apartment is at an excellent place, all the tour buses stop 1 minute from the place. It is also close to shops, restaurants, and the city center. I travelled with my husband and it is the perfect size for 2! Very spacious and comfy. The kitchen was well equipped with a kettle, coffee maker, and pans.. I can only recommend it!

The only thing I could mention is that the floor could have been cleaner.

Good location. short walk (600m) from city center. Whole apartments comes with floor heating so it is nice and cozy. Functional kitchen for self cooking as dining out at Reykjavik can be very expensive. Apartment operator GREENKEY is very friendly and responsive via Booking.com messaging. most of our request are fulfilled. Provided additional washing machine detergents and replacement of faulty hairdryer in quick time.

1. No blind at the glass door of master bedroom. 2. Bedding provided especially pillows are not enough. The pillows are too used and soft that it is almost as thin as a cloth. requested for more pillows but was not fulfilled. 3. Preparation of unit for welcome guest is lacking, 3.1 no additional thrash bags for disposing of used food packaging. 3.2 No clear instructions on how to handle the induction cooker. 3.3 No clear instructions on how to dispose of thrash. 3.4 No additional pillows for guest. each guest at least 2 pillows. 3.5 both living room and bedroom balcony window cannot be locked. locking mechanism faulty.

I would recommend to anyone visiting Reykjavik. Apartment is well situated,convenient to bus stop connecting to BSI terminal (bus no. 5). Plenty of room for a family or 2 couples and had all you would need during the stay correspondence was excellent from agent

Everything was perfect

It was very well located with easy access to bus stops for trips and bars and restaurants. It was clean and spacious with good facilities. Owner kept us informed of how to access property and offered to help with transfers.

It was very warm and we struggled to operate the heating without instructions. Having said that if we have had messaged the owner I'm sure they would have sorted this as they were very helpful with everything else.
