Great Location, Large outdoor space, Plenty of room for large families.

My sister and I stayed here with our 4 kids and it was exactly what we needed to enjoy a beach vacation. Steps from a very quiet and beautiful beach and walking distance to many conveniences, including the state beach with a great outdoor food truck-style oyster restaurant. Very close to a cute downtown as well. The house was very clean and cozy, and had everything we needed. We all slept very well—even the kids! It had a spacious deck that was great for catching sunrises. Our host was great. Very helpful in answering all our questions and generous with her time. And check out was a breeze. We would absolutely try to stay here again.

We loved this home…everything about the accommodations was perfect for our group. We had 8 adults and felt very comfortable. Proximity to the beach, shopping and restaurants was amazing. Hosts were welcoming and gracious

We were in Ventura for a Bridge tournament at the Marriott. This property location was wonderful because we could walk to the hotel & also be close to the beach. We were very pleased with the supplies and cookware provided.

This place was perfect for our family since there were two separate units. It's just a short block from the beach and walking distance to shops and eateries, as well as an easy hike to the pier. It's in a lovely, quiet residential neighborhood. Our host was responsive and communicative. Definitely would come back.

We love the Pierpont area and San Buenaventura beach. This would be a good place for a couple families wanting to vacation together as it’s actually two apartments.

This stay was amazing! The units were perfect for multiple families. We flew in from GA and stayed on the bottom and my brothers family flew in from CO and they stayed on the top. It was the perfect set up for having two families (from different time zones) stay together. Both kitchens were fully stocked and there were plenty of bath towels and bedding provided. There were beach chairs, toys, a cooler and other items for the beach provided as well! The kids loved playing in the sand pit in the backyard and there was ample hang out space for the adults. The units are bigger than pictures lead them to be and that was a wonderful surprise! The couch on the lower unit is a pull out! The beach is a very short walk down the street. Our 4 year old carried his own stuff and had no issues. There are restaurants and stores a block away, making this property perfect for a family vacation. Communication with the owner was super easy and she even helped us with a tiny problem at the beginning of our stay! If we ever have to come back for a family gathering THIS will be the property we book! Recommend 1000%

Property in need of TLC, but clean and comfortable. The two separate units suited our family situation, and the beach access is easy. We had a great vacation.

This was an excellent venue for a family reunion. It was close to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. The listing provided a private getaway that was enjoyed by the youths as well as the adults. Definitely would recommend.

Great place to stay for 8 to 10 guests. Very short walking distance to a great beach, restaurants, and pubs. I would strongly recommend this vacation rental!! I look forward to renting these beach houses in the future!!

This is a great location for two families--enough room for together time, and then privacy for both. The property is older but clean and comfortable. It is a very short walk to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. Lots of parking for a sea side location.

Great spot for a relaxing family trip!

Everything about our stay was great! Location was perfect very spacious. Communication was great with host. House has everything we needed, even spices for cooking. Beach toys were a great plus, even though weather wasn’t the most pleasant. Would stay here again 100%!

This is a great property! Lots of outdoor patio space and VERY close to the beach (about a 2 min walk). Other restaurants (including In N Out) are a short walk away. Communication with the owner was excellent! I'd stay here again in a heart beat.

Great place for multigenerational family with an upper and lower unit with private entrances and large balcony overlooking Ventura. Enjoyed the kitchen with stocked items needed to cook breakfast and also grill bbq. Enjoyed take out from an Italian eatery and easy access to grocery stores. A short stroll to the beach with beautiful views of the Ventura pier. Nancy was easy to communicate with and provided all necessary information to enjoy our weekend stay.

This duplex has so much room and parking. It is very well stocked and had everything you need in 2 kitchens. The outside courtyard is perfect for eating outside and BBQING. We really enjoyed our stay with 4 bedrooms to spread out in. It is located within east walking distance of v Vons, Starbucks and frozen yogurt.

Our tenants were being termite tented so we put them up in this great little duplex perfectly located very clean and comfortable. Communication was awesome!

We had a great vacation in this rental. The separate units make for a great set up if two separate families are going or people want some privacy. As the other reviews said, this is a prime location and so close to the beach. The owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. The neighborhood is definitely quiet. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked. Would definitely love to rent again!

Would stay again for sure. For some clarification because from the pictures it is difficult to understand the layout until you get there. The top floor and the bottom floor are the separate condos with almost identical layouts. From the pictures I thought they were going to be side by side. The people on the bottom can definitely hear the people upstairs walking around so plan accordingly. We thought it better to have the people that get up earlier on the bottom floor so they don’t wake the others up walking around in the morning.

We were in town for a memorial service and really enjoyed a space to share with our daughter and her family. We are in our 70’s so didn’t venture upstairs, but the downstairs patio was perfectly lovely for outside visiting. The location was perfect for our needs.

This is a wonderful place to stay with family and friends. The two apartment floor plan was great. Allowed for space together and apart. The owners were easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. The beach is a block away. Highly recommended and will go back.

The property was close to the beach, restaurants, frozen yogurt and easily walkable. Really liked having the 2 car garage available to us as parking around the beach is tight. Quiet area as well. Host was extremely easy to work with.

This is our 2nd year renting this beach home. It is fully equipped and perfect for my family. Nancy provided her information incase anything was needed. The location is walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants and a short walking distance to the beach. Thank you again!

The phrase "this is just so perfect" was often repeated during our week long stay. The vast, uncrowded beach at the end of the street was amazing! The hosts provide chairs, umbrellas, body boards, even a little 6 pack cooler! Sunrises & sunsets from the deck were gorgeous. The marina area has lots of dining & shopping options, and if you are an active person it is a good walk, if not parking on the weekend takes a lot of circling for a space but is a nice outting. We made a run to Ojai one day for some wine tasting & lunch so quick & easy. Another day had some of the group off to Magic Mountain travel time was very minimal. And some of us just enjoyed hanging out in the beautiful yard & enjoying perfect weather. Per other reviews, yes the upstairs twins are firm, a bit of padding fixed that. We really appreciated having plenty of extra pillows. Kitchens are well stocked. Garage is huge. A few appliances required me to get with Nancy & she was wonderful about responding, can't complement her enough for being so responsive & quick. Ventura as a whole is a nice relaxed & friendly community and this rental is a superb location to take it all in. We all agreed we would be returning.
