Prime Beachfront Location! If you want to be just steps away from the sand, this is the perfect destination. Waking up to a lovely view every morning and enjoying breakfast was such a pleasure. The property was exactly as described on VRBO. We highly recommend it!

It is true…the beach is just steps away from the house! The best view of the ocean was right above the kitchen sink. I had no problem washing dishes. Ventura Harbor is just minutes away. there are great little shops and fresh seafood, restaurants and friendly people. Really a nice town to visit.

This is a fantastic house located one down from the beach. It worked out great for our family with adult-age children. The young people used the downstairs area while the oldsters enjoyed the master bedroom and fireplace on the second floor. The hot tub was a minor disappointment. It's old and doesn't get past bath water temperature. The house was clean, but a few walls, door handles, and light switches could be wiped down. Overall, it was a great stay in a Pierpont charmer and we would book again without hesitation.

The house was in a great location. It is just a few steps away from the beach. The house was very clean, plenty of towels and blankets, and the kitchen was stocked with all the things you would need in a kitchen. Michelle was really nice and easy to communicate with and she welcomed us a day ahead of our check-in date to make sure we knew how to get into the house and asked if we had any questions ahead of time. This was a great family getaway and we would stay here again in the future.

House is so welcoming and steps away from the sand and surf. We had the best time!

My family stayed here for a week in Aug and chose this as we wanted to be coastal (comfortable temps even in July/Aug - without AC needed) and have a place large enough that our family and friends (spread out in Los Angeles) could come to us to visit. This fit the bill perfectly and we can't wait to repeat next summer. Pros: -PLENTY of everything - beach towels, linens, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry and dishwasher detergent, even loofahs and shampoo/conditioner provided. So many AirBnB's/Vrbo's expect you to get your own dish sponges and supplies these days. This was NOT the case and it was so welcoming and comfortable. -Kitchen is well stocked with more than the necessary gadgets for cooking and entertaining. -Large enough to host indoors and/or on the back patio complete with hot tub which was more fun for the kids than the waves on foggy days. -Ocean breezes, views, and sounds from nearly every room. -Plenty of parking for us and visitors (this is HUGE) -Quiet beach just steps away. Easy to set up the provided beach chairs and visit them all day long while popping home for snacks/meals/naps as needed. -Lots to do and eat in the area. 1 hr to Los Angeles, less than 1 hr to Santa Barbara as well. -Grocery 1 block away -Michelle the host was super communicative, explained everything about the house, and was available to answer questions as needed - but gave us our space and encouraged us to make ourselves at home. Cons: We had to leave eventually.
