Property is at the heart of the city and all the recommended places to visit are within 4-5 kms of the stay. Bryan as host was exceptional. Starting from greeting as late night (since we arrived very late at night) to helping us with everything (including allowing us to stay a bit longer and keeping our luggages for some time even after we checked out).

Pool was lovely. Location was easy walk to district 1 while still experiencing other parts of town

Washing machine didn’t work too well and no instructions other than in Vietnamese.

Bryan, the host, was fantastic. He made us feel comfortable from the word go.

Too much day light in the morning... curtains could be upgraded to a "blackout" style. It woke us up too early...

房间干净宽敞，家具及各种设施齐全，价格便宜，房东人很好，我住在顶层33层，可以很好的俯瞰西贡的景色。还可以使用一个很好的露天泳池。

有一间房间锁了门不能打开，我是一个人住，所以我对那个房间感到害怕。

Great location close to everything. Easy car park for big buses. Great service from manager / owner Ms Tang. they kept our big suitcases when we checked out to go on tour before coming back and checkin again. Swimming is clean and spacious with nice landscaping. Highly recommended

Apartment could have more kitchen towels , anti slippery floor mats and drinking water.

Apartment on 10th floor of 33 story newish building so wonderful city views. Well equipped. Comfy bed. Big fridge. Bottled water. Wonderful attentive staff. Bryan and Lee went way beyond expectations by being on site and attending to all our needs and queries within minutes. They recommended day tours which were excellent and ordered taxis to and from the International airport. The communication was consistently first class. The big pool on the 7th floor was lovely and open 6am tp 9pm. Thanks guys. We had a lovely time.

It’s great value for families and very easy to check in and out.

Little things like decent towels would really make it a much better experience. It isn’t a big investment and does make a difference. It had a full kitchen with some utensils but not really suitable if you are planning to cook a meal. It wasn’t necessary though as there were lots of options nearby at great prices so not a deal breaker but a nice to have.

The apartment is amazing and the host is really kind. The pool is incredible and you have an amazing view of the city.

Self contained apartment, meaning we could use it as a home from home. Fairly central location.

Location and friendly, responsive hosts

Was not aware that it had no reception. So had to call owners to check in. They live in the complex so easy to contact them. However need to make sure that you have wifi access or sim. Lucky we bought an esim.

The people were so friendly and helpful. Very warm welcome. The room was also very clean and the facilities (washing machine, smart tv, kitchen) were very nice aswel.

The only thing which we found less was the bed. It was very very hard in our opinion.
