Jacuzzi og pool på taget. Badekar på værelset. Vi fik lov at opholde os i poolområde efter udcheckning pga. sen hjemrejse.

Betalte ekstra for vinduesudsigt, og det var helt unødvendigt, da vi fik udsyn til smadrede bygninger. Poolområde og jacuzzi kunne godt bruge en rengøring. Maden i café på øverste etage var dyr og elendig. Morgenmadsbuffet sluttede på slaget, og personalet begyndte afrydning et kvarter inden, så man nærmest følte, at man blev verfet ud af spiseområdet.

Loved the location, staff, amenities and prompt services. Breakfast was mostly good too but needs more pesco and vego options. Food signs were also lacking.

There was a misunderstanding of the bill at the rooftop bar when we went to pay, she thought it was a tip. Upon check out, we had to pay 1 of the 2 bills again saying that because we signed it to our room, it was considered a tab. There was so much noise at night within the hotel since walls are very thin. Leaking toilet on the side too. Would not stay again.

This hotel is in a great location just one street away from the Ben Thanh market. Surrounded by bars, restaurants etc Room was clean, spacious and the bed was really comfortable.

The jacuzzi needed to be a few degrees hotter

Location it’s very central and convenient. Right in district 1 so perfect as a pick up point for various excursions. Also only 20/30min ride from airport. Very close

Beautiful decor, great quality and helpful team . Lovely little roif bar. location in district 1

No steps to get into pool steep so difficult to get in and out. Gym equipment not working properly.

once we checked in , after 1 hr they shut down ac & after repeated calls this was not fixed. after 4-5 hours this was switched on & front office response was too casual.

Clean property with good location. Friendly helpful staff. Good location close to shopping and good restaurants within reasonable walking distance.

Limited TV English channels. The majority of channels were in Vietnamese.

Watch out for price advertised as hourly room rental. Location is on top of a massage shop. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

THE BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT, THE LOCATION WAS CENTRAL, STAFF WERE EXCEPTIONALLY KIND AND HELPFUL IN PROVIDING HELP WHEN I NEEDED IT. I WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK TO STAY

We had a suite which was roomy and had its own balcony. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool is a great way to end the day. Location is perfect to markets and outlet store.

The machine in the bathroom pumping out an overwhelming scent. Found the plug to stop it, thankfully.

small touches need to be improved, like having a towel and soap rack in the bathroom. would be good if the pool opened beyond the 9 pm closing so that guests can cool off after a hot day out about the town.

The room was clean with good amenities. The breakfast was also good. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

There could have been more variety in the options available in the breakfast.

Costumer service and way to speak from reception staff was not up to standard. We booked the property also for the swimming pool and at the check in no one from staff mentioned that the pool was close for maintenance. No one apologies or give us any explanation. Very pushy at the time of check out and very bland greetings and no thanks when we leave the property. Is not nice when you are in a hotel receive a call from reception said you have 5 min to leave the room, the are other polite way to handle this situation.

Great location for exploring the city centre. Nice decor and generally good condition of the facilities. Rooms were nice and clean, if a little small.

When I asked for a taxi to the airport, the staff told me 200000 vnd, then just pulled out the phone and ordered a ride via the be app, which cost them 98000 vnd. Obviously everyone's trying to make a profit but felt quite a bit insincere.

Beds were very comfortable.

We had a family room, it was very tight for space. The walls are paper thin, we could hear the everything from the next room and people in the hall.
