We stayed at the property as a family of 6 as it states it was a 3 bedroom house with sofa bed. (Sleeps 7) However the sofa bed was unusable, it was dirty and worn out. Underneath it was a collection of rubbish and the stuffing was coming out of the mattress. At the bottom of the garden there were piles of rubbish, consisting of broken chairs, an old sink, wood & metal. Luckily we didn’t have small children as it would have been very dangerous to let them out into the garden. The patio door would not lock. We tried to lock it but you were still able to open it from the outside so we were very concerned with security. There were also ants in the downstairs shower room and the place wasn’t particularly clean. I contacted the manager who didn’t bother to get back to me until the morning we were leaving and told me it was too late to do anything! I honestly wouldn’t recommend this house to anyone and I certainly won’t be returning!

The cleaning carried out before our arrival was appalling and we had to spend over 2 hours cleaning to make to property so we could use it!!!

This property was a good find at the last minute when another had fallen through. It is in a quiet area and easy to get to other locations we needed to visit though we were delayed by the numerous roadworks in the area.
We will consider this again. Great board games and plenty for a family with young children though not what we needed. Off road parking helpful.
There was a problem with working the shower. Host very supportive and investigated almost immediately. There were some flickering lights but we managed without them.

Very good check in instructions. Very responsive. Good price for the location and the size of the house. We loved the complementary coffee pods. We also loved the BBQ facility
There were some missing light bulbs from the rooms, so I had to use a spare lamp in the cupboard. It would have been nice to have had some showr gel or shampoo provided

The property was a decent size with parking available. There was a garden to the rear. The hob and oven were new. The towels and sheets were good. The property was comfortable and functional. The owner called to make sure that everything was alright and seemed genuinely concerned to make our stay comfortable.
Most things in the property were a little tired but we could tell that from the photos. So the property was as expected. The crockery etc in the kitchen were a bit of a hotch potch. We could see that things were being replaced bit by bit.

The house was spacious, clean and well-furnished (as pictured) with amenities such as tea and coffee provided. The kitchen & bathrooms were fully-equipped as described. The bedrooms were very comfortable and we appreciated the provision of fans towards the end of summer. It was easy to access the keys and check-in was flexible, and we appreciated the manager checking on our needs during our stay. We look forward to returning!
We thought the lounge & dining area could have been brighter. With a young toddler, the rocks in the garden posed a bit of a hazard, though this is not a problem if the child is well supervised. Perhaps instructions could be provided for the kitchen microwave & oven.

The location was great, the host was easy contactable and friendly. A lovely stay overall. beds comfy, nice garden, and driveway to park on. quiet little cul de sac out of the way, with only a short bus ride if you dont like driving into addenbrookes or Cambridge. thanks again.
