Comfortable condo on a nice property right on the water. The condo is writhing walking distance to a couple different restaurants and only a few blocks from downtown.

It was clean and had everything we needed.

Absolutely perfect for 2 couple that want to get away for a few days. The views of the water are beautiful and just a short walk to downtown. Great communication with host Ashley. Already trying to find a date to come back in the fall.

Condo was cute and charming. We had a great time only a few small things to improve it. Just add a box of tissues in the bathroom and a few extra kitchen towels to dry dishes. Some of the year around residents weren’t very pleasant.

We had a very pleasant stay at this property. It was clean, quiet, and cozy. We had everything we needed to enjoy a small Thanksgiving dinner. Our kids enjoyed the pool! Very conveniently located near the Dells downtown area and attractions! Highly recommended

Great place, once we found it. It was a bit hard to find, especially in the dark. Very clean, comfy beds. Very nice.

We rented the condo as two couples. The condo was very clean, updated, and was conveniently located to everything while still being quiet and secluded. The host was very communicative and checked in before and after the stay. The only issue we had was there are assigned parking spots and the condo only came with one spot. This was not stated in the listing, so we weren't prepared for that. We were able to find street parking, but we went during off season, so not sure where we would have parked had it been summer time.

My friend and I stayed here for the Dells on Tap event downtown. The property was beautiful. It’s located right on the water with a gorgeous view from one of the bedrooms. It’s close enough that we were able to walk to and from the event and enjoy a wonderful fall day. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful time with friends in a spacious and relaxing condo overlooking Lake Delton. The kitchen was equipped with more than enough cooking supplies to make anything you want. The balcony was the most restful place to sit in the sun and watch the ducks on the lake. Close to restaurants and activities at the Dells but far enough away to feel secluded and peaceful.

Clean well kept property. Close to Broadway Ave but very quiet. Great communication from the hosts. We'd be happy to stay here again! Love the patio outside the master bedroom - over looking the water. Quiet place to relax in the morning while drinking coffee. A great find!

This was our first visit to the Dells and it was pleasant for us as a retired couple. As was the beginning of the off-season a lot of the kid friendly venues were closed. Worked for us! The condo is directly adjacent to the Upper Dells Boat Ramp (public access) and I imagine that it gets very busy in the Summer. We enjoyed relaxing on the waterfront patio and just hanging out with a glass of wine. Pretty peaceful time of the year and the sporadic parade of boat launchings and pickups were fun to watch. We were quite satisfied. Everyone we met or chatted with were engaging an cordial. The condo is small but could easily accommodate two couples. It was clean, efficient and functional for our needs. The fridge is a bit noisy but we only used it to freeze ice cubes and chill some beverages. If it was filled up like a home fridge I'm sure that it would be happy. Ashley was always available to contact and we had no problems. I'd go back next Fall. On our short trip we ate at: - The RiIver Walk Pub (close by the day of arrival) - The Del-Bar (make Reservations) - Lake City Social (go for happy hour an apps) The best thing I enjoyed was the service from restaurant employees. Heartwarming for sure and we tipped well.

Great location, quiet location. Within walking distance to Main drag and restaurants and easy drive to the Crystal Grand and shopping outlet. We enjoyed the river view and the pool and hot tub. Entire property clean, we enjoyed our stay in this property.

The condo was very very nice. The patio is private and has a very nice view. Very quiet area. Not too far from town, although a bit far for someone my age. I Actually, thought condo was roomy. Tubs a little old.

This is a wonderful accommodation. It's quiet and close to town. The pool and other amenities are great. But mostly we were very impressed with how clean and comfortable the owners have made this condo. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment in this lovely place. Thanks to the owners for their efforts and attention to detail.

Clean and comfortable but needed 1 more space for parking - only allowed 1 car. Pool and hot tub was very relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was good and the beds were great. When we had a problem the owner was responsive. Everything above the knees was very clean, not so much below the knee. I took care of some spider webs and the floors needed a more thorough cleaning. Although small, we enjoyed our afternoon in the pool.

Clean every one was very friendly close enough that you could walk to many places it was well furnish love it

This was our first VRBO experience. We were very happy with it and would love to stay again! The host was easy to contact with any needs, but there was so much care and attention put in to the space that we didn’t need anything. The kids loved the pool and watching the boats in the bay. Great little condo in a great location. Didn’t feel like it was in too busy of an area and had a great view of the water, but was just a short walk to many attractions. Easy communication, check in and check out were easy, it was an all around great stay!

Great place to stay. Very relaxing sitting on the patio and watching the boats come and go. Close to downtown and walkable to many shops and restaurants.

Perfect spot to take a quick 10 minute walk to the downtown dells. We were in town for a concert and it couldn’t have went better. Great communication and directions. No issues.

Hosts were very interactive with quick responses. The place was quiet. Great people watching with the Boat Landing next door. Has everything you need!

Our stay was wonderful! Great communication from Ashley, our host. We loved how close we were to all the Dells has to offer but that we still had a quiet, peaceful place to relax at the end of each day. A big plus was sitting outside by the water each morning with a cup of coffee watching the boats go in and out. Highly recommend!
