The town of Mc Cook. Location of IHG was great.

We found the shower and vanity area dirty. Which was disappointing.

When will I get my money back the hotel charged me and then booking.com charged me

Breakfast was good. Room was very clean.

Location was great and the room size very nice.

We stayed at the Motel previously 3 years prior. I felt the cleanliness was not up to par. The bathroom especially, I cleaned the shower ledge of dust build up, we had no shower gel and the toilet bowl looked as if it needed a good scouring.

We had no lotion, mouth wash, face wash. We had 1 bar of soap, the body wash was empty, we had 1 roll of toilet paper (the one on the holder), we had no laundry bag and the bathroom floor had dirt on it. The front doors would slam shut just as you approached them. We have stayed here before and were very happy. However this stay was a fail!

The hotel was clean, staff friendly. The room was clean and updated.

The staff was very friendly

We switched rooms twice because of dirty sheets. We settled on the 3rd room but noticed in the morning that the shower still had hair near the drain and on the shower walls.
