There was plenty of room for us. The kitchen was adequate for our needs. My daughter and granddaughters enjoyed the hot tub.

We came to Springfield to play in a tennis tournament. The location was perfect-close to the tennis complex and Starbucks! The house was exactly as described. It had plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, a large kitchen, two washer and dryers, three sitting areas and a hot tub! The house was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The host responded quickly to my questions and even had a nice welcome sign on the fridge for our group. Will definitely stay here again when we come back!

Older property but very well maintained! Any issues my group encountered was very easily resolved by texting the owner. Incredibly cozy and such a good spot to hit a bunch of nearby attractions.

We had our family get together in between our houses. This place was wonderful. Big enough. Beautiful property. Everything we needed. Any responses were quick. Snacks were left for us and a note on the fridge. Everyone loved the place. Thank you so much!

Teresa the hostess/property Manager was great. Her replies were prompt & she left a personalized message on the refrigerator for our arrival. The house is tucked away in a modest neighborhood what seemed like Right in the Middle of town, which was greatly convenient. The kitchen was mildly equipped and we managed fine. The hot tub & lights in the backyard were wonderful for our hangout & we will definitely keep this place in mind for our next Springfield trip

Enjoyed a wonderful girls weekend at the Luxurious colonial!! The house was clean and adorable. Plenty of space for all four of us. There is not any food places within walking distance but we just went and grabbed food and groceries so it was not a big deal. The backyard was so nice. There was plenty of seating on the deck and the hottub was perfect. There are extra towels to use for the hot tub. The shower in the basement is amazing!! Such a cute place with so many areas to hang out. Teresa also left us a sweet welcome note on the fridge as well as some snacks! I would highly recommend this place!

We loved this house. Hot tub was great and there is a huge back yard and big deck! 3 different sectional couches so plenty of places for relaxing. Lots of extras at the house that we don’t see at most VRBO’s. I love the decorations in the house. I loved the Toy Story theme bedroom! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. It was spacious and very clean. Furnishings were comfortable and not broken down. Neighborhood was decent however there were some vagrants (homeless) in the area. The home is advertised as a 2 bath but it's actually a bath and a half. We made it work with 3 females and 2 males just fine with very little complaints. Beds were comfortable especially the main floor queen ( the room my wife and I took). There were a lot of extras that came with this rental such as coffee, teas, toiletries, extra linens, pillows, and much more. I've lived in Springfield before and I'm familiar with the area and I felt safe with this rental. So here's the bottom line, would I rent this VRBO again? YES! It was worth the money and is fairly priced.

Nice house with quick access to road. Plenty of linens and room to spread out! Only one full bath (+half bath downstairs) with a smaller vanity, this could be an issue for those who fill the house with people. Great family room and dining space to relax. Neighborhood was quite during our stay, would use again!

Nice place to stay when visiting Springfield
The house was big enough for my family and I to enjoy being together as well as our own space. When we got there, there was a welcome message, some snacks and a binder full of local things to do.The bedrooms were great size. Even with the air conditioner on it did get a little warm in the upper bedrooms. I would suggest fans or free standing cooling units for those rooms in the summer. But the overall stay was great! There was so much to do in Springfield. Thank you!

Great location!
We arrived late on a Friday night to a clean and cozy home with complimentary snacks. Close to groceries and restaurants. Neat historic neighborhood. 3 teens, two adults and a baby fit just fine and we even played in the fenced backyard! Recommended!

This home is very convenient, close to I-44; and attractions in Springfield. It has comfortable furniture & beds. Coffee and fresh fruit, plus breakfast snacks awaited us in the spacious kitchen. The game room in the basement would be great for family gatherings. The owner provided plenty of towels for the baths, plus the hot tub.

Fun weekend
We had a fun weekend girls trip. The house was nice and met our needs. The hot tub did not heat up like it should have so it was like a luke-warm bath until Sunday morning before we left it finally heated up. We still enjoyed the home and its great location.

Great House - Great Location!
We stayed here for Family weekend at Missouri State University. Really close to the college. The house was very clean and comfortable. Well stocked and Nicely updated! We will definitely stay here again for our next trip to see our college students.

Upstairs king bed needs mattress cover .... these were slept in ... yuck. I know bedding when it's been slept in ... I have a cabin and change alot of sheets

What a great house!
Teresa was a fantastic hostess with great communication! The house is beautiful, clean and has lots of extras! Everything was as described or better. From the hot tub to a large TV & cable in every room, pizza oven, Keurig, comfy beds, homey decorating and local attraction brochures, everything was great! We went to the nearby Bass Pro shop, Wonders of Wildlife Museum and the Laura Ingalls Museum as well as very close dining and groceries. Would definitely stay again!

There were a lot of little extras that were present like snacks and fruit available when we arrived. The kitchen had all the necessities as well as extras. There were toys and games that we could use too! Overall, great experience. Teresa was great! I didn't really understand the check in procedure so when I arrived and rang the doorbell, I am sure she was a little apprehensive. She treated the situation with ease. We will look into this house again in future trips to Springfield. Thank you Teresa!

Large, spacious, clean home
I had a wonderful visit in Springfield in this home. It was very spacious and clean -perfect to visit my 6 month old grand daughter who lives in the area. We all had a wonderful time.
