The second room had a good water pressure. Our shower was not usable.
There is very little that I could say that wouldn’t be bad. Everything was awful ants and spiders. The Fossett in the shower was broke and not even on it. The footstool was broke with one leg, laying to the side when asked to come and get it out of the room they said they were, and never showed up, the phone had no keypad on it it was broke and could not be used the ice machine which did not work. The second room had no air-conditioning when we talk to the staff and they said there was nothing they could do at this time.

They had good water pressure, but other than that nothing
There were ants all over the Fossett handle, was off of the Fossett in the bathroom. The ice machine didn’t work. The footstool had one broken leg laying on the side. When we talked to the staff, they couldn’t do anything. The phone had no numbers on it could not make any phone calls when we asked for a refund. They refused and said we had to talk to you and our granddaughter got bit by some kind of spider while sleeping in the bed and has a big welt on her for head. We canceled the second night and never stayed.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best we had in the past 3 years.

large dining area and clean rooms
the parking lot has some areas needing better lighting, no clear signs from one part to next, had trouble finding dining area from room on 1st floor because no one told us it was upstairs from our side of the building when we checked in on other side ground floor. we ended up walking in circles and dead end hallway with furniture stacked against door, by the time we found the wall map and dining room we had missed breakfast. pool area very clean and staff nice

It was easy to book
Entire hall ways smelled of Marijuana. Didn't have the room I booked. And rooms were nasty. Across the road from Marijuana dispensary not good.

the bed was was comfortable. the covers were very well worn.
it needed to be advertised as a truckers hotel and bar because that is what it turned out to be.

The room we were in had a lot of dust, dirt and various items that previous guest lost under the recliner and also the cabinet that the microwave and refrigerator was in. The carpet was dirty also. The breakfast on Saturday morning that was suppose to be served until 9 a.m. was empty and not going to be replenished before 8:30 a.m. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. All in all it was okay.

Floors were so sticky that I had to wear shoes all the time in my room. Dead bugs and hair all over bathroom floor! Nasty!

The location was great because it was far from activities and food. Staff was very friendly.
The room were not all that clean, beds were very uncomfortable, pillows weren't much of a pillow, we have 5 people staying in room only would leave 2 towels, when came in to change out towels, they didn't change sheets or even make the bed. Doors were hard to open because they were bent.

location was great (right off I-44), easy to reach room, breakfast was quite good.
The room was about 100% humidity; the whole place felt swampy. The AC barely took the edge of the humidity, such that it felt like I was in a rain forest rather than a room. That included the bed, which was alarmingly clammy.

The hotel was fine I booked through booking and was charged another $100 at check in time. Claiming taxes.

the staff were very accommodating and friendly!
none of the outlets were easy to access. the phone didn’t work, the lighting was terrible…. the tub faucet didn’t work correctly….

We stayed here just for the warm swimming pool and hot tub! We felt 10 other indoor pools and this one was the warmest! The housekeepers are nice!
Our bathtub knobs were falling off, tiny bathroom, and hall floors our filthy! The beds are comfy! The Wi-Fi isn’t very good for a PlayStation!

The cleanliness, the TV, refrigerator, location, and the pool and whirlpool. The breakfast was good.
The biscuits were all but gone by 7AM. The breakfast begins at 6AM, but there is no replenishment on biscuits. If you're not there at 6AM you may not get any biscuits to go with your gravy.
