The receptionist seemed intoxicated. Moreover, we weren’t made aware of road blocks and had to walk 30 mins to and from the hotel. We couldn’t sleep, as it was very noisy throughout the night.

Everything is more than worst . The weird hotel I have ever seen in my life. Consider this as a wastage of money . Even the staff is too much worst. Basic needs were not present there like towel, soap, water bottle. Spoiled the mood of enjoyment..

Friendly staff, very courteous and helpful. Extra blanket given. Rooms were large enough. Great view.
Bedsheet had a small red stain. Steep climb to get to mall road

Rooms are very small as compare to pictures shown in website..
location- hotel location is at down slope so it’s very difficult to take out our car from hotel to main road. Road is very congested. only one car pass at one time in which also half of the road covered by parked cars and ur car will fall out of the road which is very dangerous
if you are not trained driver in mountains I would suggest not to go in this hotel.

staff was polite but room was not that much good if you are investing 3-3.5 k per day.
food- not good
would suggest to order from Zomato and swiggy and they guys don’t have oven in hotel to heat the food again so order accordingly.

Good and clean room with a beautiful view.
Food is good and the prices are affordable.
A bit of walk to mall road etc, maybe 1-1,5km.
Monkeys trying to get inside the room, so keep the windows shut (has metal nets to block them). They are nice to watch, like a zoo.
All and all a good hotel, I would stay here again. We even extended our stay for one night.
All and all a good visit, but then when we asked for s taxi to new bus station, we had it and it ended up costing 800 rupees. I think that is a bit expensive, as a taxi to the hotel cost 300. Shame, as we felt cheated on the last minute :(
No possibility to pay with international credit cards, but the managment was helpful and we got the payment done by cash.

You have to trek on a slope for 250 m to reach mall road from here. Quite difficult.
