The location, the cafes and the restraunt of the property were good. The top floor mountain view room was nice, hotel is clean. The Staff were very polite.

The food is way over-priced. I was charged around 700 for just plain khicdi, raita and two papad. A Rs 20 mineral water bottle is Rs 180 inside the hotel. To be honest the food is not even the worth the price. Food needs to be better in taste.

Location is great, right on the main road. We had a room with look over the town and valley. Good restaurant and bar in the same building.

Breakfast provided to the room was not good. Dry pastry.

Location is fine if you need to get access to nearby spots as a traveller. Being on the mall road you won't get nature's touch or mountain view. There's just a city view. And also vehicles are not allowed on mall road so you can roam around anywhere. There are a lot of shops for eateries and brands to shop from.

There's no mountain view. No bonfire, not such a happening place to chill. There's just a bar(over-priced)

2 single beds joined instead of 1 large king/queen bed making bed a little bit uncomfortable due to slant in middle

Rooms were quite old, they need revamp. Small balcony was not cleaned. Gym was dirty. Bathroom was stinky and old styles.

Buffet breakfast should be there with the tariff
