Had a lovely stay at Bay Cottage with our dogs. Fantastic location. A quick 5 minute walk into the centre of Bude. A pub within walking distance. The hosts were onsite and available if required. Just feel the woodwork in the bathroom and kitchen could do with some tlc. Apart from that, the cottage is fine for a week away.

Love this little cottage which is fine for us and our two Cocker Spaniels. Close to the beach, and the heart of Bude but still very secluded. You just don’t realise it’s there from the roadside. Makes it especially quiet, although lovely to wake to birdsong. Walk to town, the beach or along Bude Canal, all within easy reach. We’ve stayed here a few times now, as so convenient to visit family who live up the road a bit. As the car is parked on the grounds, no hassle with finding parking spaces either.

The cottage was very clean and comfortable. The main thing for us was its location. The only downside was having no outside space where we could go without the dogs on leads. Even a few enclosed feet would have made the holiday perfect.

Stayed before and would recommend this cottage to people who need to be the sand and sea plus amenities First class accommodation 👍

Bay Cottage is ideal for 2 adults & a dog, comfortable bed, dinning area & sofa perfect size, everything you could need in the kitchen & bathroom a good size with shower over bath + parking. Ideal location just a stroll from beach, canal, coastal walks & town. The setting is just beautiful with lovely, well-kept grounds, really couldn't have asked for anything better. Would definately stay again & wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Perfect!

The location was perfect, two minutes into the Center! And a short stroll to the beach! Felt at home at the cottage, very comfortable bed slept like a log! Perfectly equipped for the two of us to either cook in or sit outside. Would definitely recommend

We stayed in the delightful Bay Cottage with our dog. The cottage was quirky and cosy and very well equipped. The clothes dryer was somewhat rustic and difficult to put up, so gave up and hung towels on the back of the garden chairs to dry! Location was perfect, within 5 minutes walking to town and Summerleaze beach and just a stagger to (and from) the pub! Hosts Jonathan and Gina were friendly and welcoming. We love Bude and we will be back - loved it!

We stopped here last year, which is why we went again superb location and cottage, hopefully go again next year

Great cosy cottage in superb location. Well equipped and very obliging hosts. Cannot recommend highly enough if you’re looking for somewhere comfortable and clean to stay whilst visiting Bude and/or surrounding area.

Bay cottage is a lovely little cottage, it is an old building, therefore a bit damp. It is ideally situated, just a short stroll into Bude and to the beach. The Brendon Arms pub serves excellent food.

Although we didn’t meet Gina we did communicate through Vbro regarding the Wi-Fi. All was resolved within minutes. The cottage was very quaint and it was big enough for the two of us and our large dog. Everything was provided for in the cottage, towels, hand soap and other little bits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great too.The decor is very nice and the cottage itself is very clean. The fire place is a lovely feature too, and we did use this during our stay.Super convenient for the beach and walking distance to the town centre. We come to Bude twice a year to visit friends and we really enjoyed our stay at Bay Cottage. Thank you :).

Lovely little annex for two plus dog. Perfectly placed for all that Bude has to offer which is plentiful. Everything that was needed was there, comfy bed and a beautiful setting.

We had a perfect stay at Ebbingford manor. Bay cottage is beautiful and in a perfect location. We would thoroughly recommend it to couples. We would love to stay again in the future

Generally well described and tastefully furnished. A bit dated, especially kitchen and bathroom. Enough pans, dishes for the two of us, but just enough. Could have done with more than two teaspoons - a little mean when you have to stop eating your boiled egg to stir your tea. Lovely grounds and friendly owners.

Fabulous peaceful cottage in a brilliant central location, with all the amenities needed for a great holiday and a lovely comfy bed! We enjoyed lots of coastal walks, beach walks and even saw a kingfisher on the canal walk. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Second visit and just super convenient for us. Beach within walking distance,. You wake to the sound of the birds, even though very well placed to access Bude. Some amazing trees in the grounds and parking within a few yards of the door. Booked to return again, as so easy to visit family in the area.

Very well equipped and comfortable cottage on a superb location. Only a few minutes from the town and coastal path yet quiet and private due to its being set back from the main road. The bed was really comfortable, shower powerful and the kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

The flat is cosy and in the centre of Bude. I would highly recommend.

Bay Tree Cottage is a perfect getaway place for us and our two Cocker Spaniels. Literally within walking distance of the beach, yet well back from main roads. We liked it so much we have already booked again for Springtime. The Owners are closeby in the event of problems, but not looking over your shoulder either.

My daughter and I have just returned from a week at Bay Cottage and the property is an absolute gem! Exceptionally clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for our break. The cottage itself is gorgeous and beautifully decorated. It's also just a few minutes walk from both beach and town. Hosts were incredibly friendly and it was fantastic to attend two live shows in the manor garden while we were there. Can't wait to go back!

We had a great week in Bude staying at Bay Cottage. The location is perfect within easy walking distance of town centre, beaches and canal. The cottage was provided with all essentials and it was a nice welcome to be provided with tea/coffee and fresh milk on arrival. Very friendly hosts who were available if required.
