I don’t think I could’ve chosen a better property for our family and friends during Thanksgiving! This spacious house was just a short drive to Disney theme parks, convenience stores, restaurants ...you name it! We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed with some friends and family from out of town. The property was clean and so fun. We went to the lazy river every day. There is a nice little bar over by the lazy river and water slides. We stayed in all weekend and this was a great house for that. Plenty of space for everyone. The beds were all comfy. We would stay there again!

The dish washer leak and the dryer takes for ever to dry but it is a beautiful place and nice and clean decorated nicely spacious I will return and need more tv in the rooms

The home was great. there were no extras in the home. 1 roll of tp, 1 trash bag, one laundry pod, 1 dishwasher pod. We thought they were stingy with basic amenities.

Beautiful big house. Nice neighbor hood and pool amenities. Be prepared for horrible cell phone coverage in the entire area. The wifi barely did the job. It is a rental neighborhood so lots of other large loud groups renting the surrounding houses. Pool was kinda dirty from previous renters.

The listing and location were perfect for our 10 person/10 nights stay. We are regulars at this resort location but this was our first stay at this property. The management team responded within a reasonable timeframe regarding a couple of minor questions and concerns. The pool heat and hot tub temps at 95 and 102 were perfect for us. The starter toiletries and dish detergents were as expected. The only recommendation I have is to add a towel set per person and additional tvs in the bedrooms. Also, the Wi-Fi doesn’t work well so I’d recommend increasing speed to account for work from home renters. Aside from those, this property delivered as expected and I would recommend it to friends and family.

This property is as beautiful as the photos. The house was warm and inviting, very clean, easy check-in and check-out and the perfect location. Our favorite part was the pool and the hot tub.

Our large group of over 10 adults and children loved this house. It was very clean, large/spacious, and in a quiet area. The community waterpark was great as well and the kids loved it. My advice is to stop at walmart before checking in and buy some extra toilet paper as each bathroom only gets like half a roll. Also buy paper towels because there are no hand towels in the kitchen. It was a short 15 minute drive to disneyworld, and there are a lot of good restaurants near by. The rental company was very prompt in responding to my questions while we were there.

Pool and Spa - we paid for heating, but neither the pool nor the spa were heated for our entire vacation. When we arrived, the water level in the pool was too low (it was below the skimmer ... we filled it with a garden hose). The valves were set improperly. The spa emptied completely or partially every night. Dishwasher - it was inoperative when we checked-in. A maintenance tech did a temporary fix, but told us we would need to stay in the house while the dishwasher was running to make sure it didn't leak . He told us he'd be back the following work day to do the proper repair (replace a part); he never returned. Hot Water at kitchen sink. It was not working when we checked in. The maintenance tech got it to work. Fire Alarms - multiple incidents of chirping (batteries out of power) during the evening waking us up. The first incident was during our first night stay. The fix was to replace the battery in one alarm. The next day, the same thing occurred with another fire alarm. BBQ Grill - included in the rental but the gas ran out on our second use. When I called the property manager, they told me I could pick up a propane tank at a local 7-Eleven. Garbage - the instructions for garbage were incorrect. There was no bin to put garbage bags. I called the property manager, no answer. They texted me the following: "The HOA removed the bins because they are changing trash companies. They said in the meantime you can place the bagged trash outside of the front door and they will pick it up daily" Problem was they didn't pick up trash daily ... the full garbage bags sat outside the front door in the Florida sun for days. There are gross stains on the front door step due to garbage sitting there for days. It's unsightly and it smells. Property Management - Very Poor. I should have known: I tried to make a reservation on De Paula Vacation's website, but it didn't work. I tried calling them, no answer. During our vacation, we had a lot of maintenance issues. I called their Emergency Number, but they didn't answer. Instead, they have an automatic text response: Thank you for your call. We cannot answer right now. Please respond here and let us know how we can assist you. - De Paula Vacations" I called and texted every day of our vacation. Response time and attentiveness were poor. Maintenance techs were not skilled; the pool tech didn't know how to repair the pool. The Management company stopped communicating with us.

The door code given did not include all the characters to get us in. The property sent me the rest of the code & I we got in. There was laundry left in the washer, only (3) wash clothes in the house, no extra trash bags, no lotion, and no laundry products. The listing details. were not accurate. When I reached out to the property, no one responded.

Great property. Clean. The only thing I would suggest is more TVs

We stayed here from a Wednesday thru Sunday. House is immaculate! The pool was great and the house is very nice. We only had 6 people stay, so we had plenty of room. We all loved the house. We get away to Florida every March and we would definitely come back again. The things we didn't like: We had to notify the owners 3 days in advance if we wanted to have the pool heated (no problem). The problem was that I left several text messages and voice mails and no one called or texted me back to tell me that they got my message that we wanted the pool heated. The only way I knew they got my request was when I saw the charge on my AMEX for the pool to be heated. Every other place we have rented was great about replying to voicemails and texts. There were no dish towels in the kitchen and the 'starter pack' for garbage bags was only enough to cover a two days worth. And we were disappointed that there were no noodles or blow up rafts to use in the pool. Other than those things, we had a great time and I would highly recommend this house!

They property was all we expected. Comfortable beds and a very nice property. I had a team of employees down for a conference and they liked the fact that all of the beds were a Queen or King. Looked like it would be a great place for a family with kids or for a guys golf trip.

One of the best I’ve had

My family truly enjoyed our stay. There were some minor inconveniences such as: the jacuzzi was not properly. Although the property manager was very accommodating, it still didn’t work. Additionally, a couple of dinner chairs and a cabinet were in need care, the air conditioner must have not been working because it was warm in the upstairs part of the house and the cable was not working. All in all, our stay was beautiful and as previously mentioned, Emily trie to troubleshoot any problems were had. You would not be disappointed with your visit. It felt like home.

House was very nice. Great communication with the owner. Negatives were no TVs in bedrooms besides master. Also felt like comforter smelled of perfume so makes me wonder if it’s actually cleaned in between visits. Other than that it was great

Problems were …. 1. NOT ENOUGH TOILET PAPER OR PAPER TOWELS. We were left with only partial rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and no extra. Ridiculous! 2. Pool was like a hot tub. 101degrees. We had kids and couldn’t hardly swim m. When we finally checked with the rental company they then sent us around the side of the house to a locked box because maybe the pool heat was on. THE BOX WAS NOT LOCKED AND THE POOL HEAT WAS ON. 3. Not enough bath towels and hand towels were supplied. 4. There was no ice in the house and the ice maker was turned off. 5. There were no instructions on anything, how to use tv’s ice maker, pool heat, hot tub. 5. The tubs had no grip tape so it was unsafe for the kids. 6. The first floor shower had extremely low water pressure. Positives… The bones of the house were great. The furniture, kitchen, pool area, amount of bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our large family.

My four girlfriends and I thoroughly enjoyed the property, the water park, having our own private pool & the AC worked wonderfully. I cleaned the ice machine that probably hadn’t been cleaned out in quite some time, no biggie. Just clogged up with lots of ice. I would definitely suggest a better exterminator, as we did see a couple of critters in the house. Nothing to get our panties in a bunch over tho. Oh and oven mitts! Lol! Have to put some oven mitts in the kitchen. And grill brush for better guest cleaning after use. Other than those minor details, I LOVE the pool towels by the sliding door, Great idea… And VERY spacious & clean home! Overall very clean bedding and bathrooms. (We left cash for the cleaning service, we hope they received it) We’ll be returning soon! Thank you :)

We enjoyed the stay overall. Beds could be updated, not very comfortable. House was pretty clean. When we arrived someone had raised the pool temperature dangerously high. Arriving on Saturday there was no response to our messages about the problems until Monday. The message box was full. We were told the messages were monitored but for no response. Monday morning we were finally able to have all the issues addressed and they were very attentive. The property is very close to parks and shopping. The water park was way too crowded to enjoy.

We arrived to door hard to open. Dishes in dishwasher. No supplies to start the vacation ( ie. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, wash cloth in kitchen, ect.) Some mattresses need replaced. Need directions to work tv. House was beautiful and pool was marvelous.

The space was awesome very very good for families!! But the reason I gave it 3 stars is the ROACHES was a MAJOR PROBLEM for me most definitely needs to be exterminated! , the air conditioning did not work properly (inwhich they came out to fix it but then the downstairs air stop working) they do provide fans but was a disservice in almost 92 degree temperature daily, and the wifi was terrible I guess it was area. No cell phone service! And it’s only 3 tv’s in a 7bdrm house (no tv’s in the bedrooms except 1) Besides those things, the themed rooms was really cute, the space was definitely a plus!

The outdoor pool area was well equiped for all of us spending time outside together as well. The mattresses were comfortable. The kitchen was also well equipped for making breakfast, lunch and dinner - there was an abundance of dishes and pots & pans.Just a few negatives - Only one bath towel per person - no washclothes - no oven mitts. As long as you know that in advance, you can bring your own. Overall a very good experience.

The hot tub did not work, the WiFi was bad, the grill was broken and had to be replaced.The beds were very comfortable though, and our family fit there easily. The location was good too.

Overall we were pretty satisfied with the property. It was clean, convenient, and spacious. My only two concerns were that there were not enough towels (we had to purchase kitchen towels and cloths, you’re welcome), and the gate system did not work as it was supposed to. We had a couple of close calls as a result and feel lucky that we did not have a collision as residents jockeyed for position to enter the exit gate.

Very clean, perfect distance from Universal, Disney, & shopping ! Honestly I hated to leave, it was amazing! This won’t be our last stay here.
