We had a delightful stay in Villa Annabella. The property and grounds were bigger than we had expected and the views were just incredible. Its right at the top of the Puerto Del Carmen resort in a lovely neighbourhood, so mainly quiet and peaceful, but only a 15-20 minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Our daughters absolutely loved the pool, and having the hot tub to warm up in when the wind was up was the cherry on the cake. Mel was an excellent host and very responsive to our questions. And Lanzarote was the gift that kept on giving - so many amazing places to explore and sites to see. I highly recommend hiring a car and getting out and about seeing the Cesar Manrique gardens, the volcano park and some of the more remote beaches. We loved it!

Easy to find and get ourselves in, waterpump had broken but fixed the very next morning. Owners Mel and Ray helped with a temporary fix overnight. Phillipa was very helpful with the family we were with helping with translation for a report. She let us check out late as the next guests were coming the next day most appreciated!

We really enjoy the amenities

Great position. Amazing views and lovely villa. Philippa the manager was always checking we were ok and could not do more for us. Even put up a Xmas tree for our arrival. Thanks Mel and Philippa

Our family, 6 adults plus a toddler, had a great holiday in Lanzarote and a major factor was the lovely villa we stayed in. There were 3 en-suite rooms that gave us all some privacy and communal facilities, including a well equipped kitchen and very spacious living room, that included a tv with lots of channels and good internet access. There was a large swimming pool to enjoy, plenty of comfortable sunbeds, a hot tub and even a table tennis table. The villa was in a quiet area, with nice views and was just a ten minute walk to a couple of supermarkets and only a few minutes more to the main town. Only minor concern for some would be a fairly steep walk home, but a taxi was less than €3 for the couple of times I was too lazy to hoof it! In summary, I have no hesitation in recommending this lovely villa and hope to return again in due course 😀

An amazing Villa! I would highly recommend this property for any stay. its super clean and have bed nets for mosquito season, anti cockroach plug ins (for anyone that has a phobia) and plenty of fans for hot days. the property is very big and very comfortable with a huge pool (its fabulous) and a hot tub that sits 6 adults. the views are lovely especially in the evening. I can not highlight how clean this place is. With lovely big bedrooms and all bedrooms have en suites that are also big, clean, no musty smell. The beds were so comfortable!!Everything you would need for your holiday is provided . we cooked in a few nights (Kitchen is well stocked for utensils )and had a BBq too with Lidl and a few other supermarkets within a 10 min walk. its only 10-15 min walk to the main strip. if you are renting a car there is parking within the gates so the car is safe and the security within the villa itself is very good.situated in a lovely quiet area too with plenty of bins around for your rubbish. excellent contact with the property owner and also loads of information with in the villa provided in well prepared folders ...from user manuals to surrounding attractions. i honestly couldn't say anything negative about this place and we always rent different villas in PDC for the last few years . i have already recommended this property to some of my friends..it actually made the holiday so much better!
