Perfect location within walking distance of USNA and downtown Annapolis. Great communication from host on amenities and access. Would gladly go back or recommend.

This place was just was my wife and I needed for the extended weekend. Great proximity to everything we wanted to do.

Clean and Convenient to Downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy. No fluff but very clean. The bed was comfortable and we were able to set a comfortable temperature. The marina is right across the street. There are good restaurants and a bakery in walking distance from the house.

This is our second time staying and will definitely stay again. Great location and lovely place.

We had a mostly really great stay at this VRBO. Truly our only complaint, which ended up making a big impact, was that the upstairs tenants/neighbors were quite noisey and up really late. We ended up having lots of trouble sleeping at night because of their noise. Other than that--the property is wonderful and in a great spot!

Communication with JoAnne was easy and fast. She responded to all my questions regarding amenities and check in quickly. It was a busy weekend in Annapolis and we had no trouble parking right in front all weekend. The property was super clean and very comfortable on a hot weekend. I would suggest this place for a couple or with small children.

We are so pleased with this stay that we'll stay again when visiting the area. The view was beautiful of the marina full of sailboats. Enjoyed the front porch with drinks. 1/2 mile walks to DTA for coffee. Cooked a couple meals in the stocked kitchen. Upscale linens and towels. Property Manager was quick to reply to all of our messages. Very comfortable and charmed by this cottage.

Convenient location - short walking distance to several "local" EastPort restaurants and across the bridge from the busy Downtown Annapolis area (but walkable also).

This property is in an ideal location for walking to a multitude of restaurants. Nice location with a view of several marinas. The apartment was spotless and updated. We will definitely be staying again.

We booked for 3 nights but could only stay 1 night d/t family issues back home. We were there a total of 17 hrs but it was enough to have a wonderful shower and a good nights sleep. The place was quiet and clean, updated nicely, beautiful shower! We would definitely like to stay again when we have more time! Perfect place for couple with a beautiful view of a marina right across the street!

Perfect little home, view of the water and sail boats from the front patio. Pleanty of yummy restaurants and a brewery and bar with in a 2-10 min walk. Easy walk over the bridge into downtown Annapolis as well! We did this twice to shop and go to the Naval academy.

Nice one bedroom property. Plenty of space with all the amenities. Pub 50 feet away. Quick walk into downtown Annapolis. Highly recommend for a couple.

Rent with confidence. This is a wonderful little place very well located in Annapolis. 2 doors down from Davis Pub on a very quiet street with a great porch for enjoying morning coffee or an evening beverage. JoAnne was very easy to deal with. The place was neat and clean and well stocked. We had a wonderful time. Thank you

Eastport Cottage is complete in every detail. Photos and description are accurate. Eastport is a lively, historic community well worth a visit even if you don't have nearby family like we do.

I wanted a clean place with a good location.... and found it here! Easy walk to local restaurants in Eastport out short drive over to downtown Annapolis. Loved sitting on the front porch, watching the marina. Any questions I had were quickly answered. I look forward to going back.

Clean, comfortably furnished and well equipped. Perfect location for a weekend sailing. Loved being close to Davis's Pub plus lots of other Eastport restaurants without having to go into downtown Annapolis on a holiday weekend.

The interior of the home was pleasant, especially the kitchen and bathroom! However the exterior was in need of help. Needs painting....and there was no furniture. Needs fresh door mat.

Great place, very clean and comfortable for our visit. We didn’t spend much time at the house aside from sleeping, but the kitchen and bath were well equipped and the bed was comfortable. This was our first time staying in Eastport when we’ve come to visit, but we found it to be a less noisy than DTA and very easily accessible to everything. As an added bonus, Eastport offered great viewing for the Blue Angels during Commissioning week!

My boyfriend and I were looking to explore Annapolis for a long weekend and this was in the PERFECT location. It was a short and pleasant walk from Main St. but far enough away from all of the hustle/bustle of downtown. This apartment is right clean and cozy and perfect for two people. The kitchen was great, we were able to use it to cook a nice meal and there was also a in unit washer/dryer, which we didn't use, but was great to see. It's the bottom unit of what looks like a townhome from the outside, so there is a separate unit on top (accessible separately from this unit, no shared entrance or anything), and we could hear footsteps and light noise but nothing bothersome. We loved our stay and 10/10 recommend for anyone planning a similar trip!

Had a weekend getaway with my spouse and thoroughly enjoyed this cozy spot right across from the water. We really loved that most places to eat/drink/see were in walking distance! The neighborhood was very nice as well with friendly people. Overall a nice place to stay. We enjoyed it immensely!

This apartment is perfect for 1-2 people to enjoy Annapolis and the surrounding areas. It has been fully remodeled, is well equipped and the owner accurately described all that it had to offer. Location to Davis Pub is also perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Eastport. Apartment is very clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Right by the water. Short walk to Davis' Pub and other excellent restaurants. Had the best steaks at Lewnes' Steakhouse. Couple blocks from Forward Brewing - food and beer are delicious, and they have excellent vegan options. Great shops in Eastport, too. Highly recommend for a relaxing weekend. Eastport is excellent for walking day and night! Annapolis is just a short walk over the bridge.

I would absolutely recommend this home for anyone looking to stay near Annapolis! It's in such a charming area, plus the kitchen is well-equipped, the bed is comfortable, and the towels are very nice. And JoAnne is a great host! She was very responsive and accommodating when we had to sort out a small issue with the lock box.
