Perfect place for family or friends to enjoy Acadia and Bar Harbor. This was our second stay and the property has been well maintained. We love the location for easy walking to everything in Bar Harbor and a short drive to enter Acadia. Love the property and Bobby is available should you need anything!

Location was phenomenal especially since the Sandbar is our favorite place. Very large common area and many windows to enjoy the views. Well stocked and comfortable beds.

The location is walking distance to everything fun in Bar Harbor so you can pop in and out throughout the day! The reserved parking spot is a huge bonus so you can park it, not worry about downtown Bar Harbor parking, and walk places. Really nice space to regroup and relax in the living room/dining area after a fun day of exploring. Additional bonus was the keypad entry so our family could split up and go back and forth without having to worry about a guy.

This apartment was perfect for our first trip to Bar Harbor! The apartment was very clean, well maintained, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed! We found the beds comfortable and there was plenty of room for 4 adults to relax after a day at Acadia. It was right on a main street and we could walk to restaurants, shops, grocery, and bike rental. Perfect for exploring Bar Harbor. Bobby was wonderful to work with. He was responsive to my questions and checked in with us to see how we were doing. He also went above and beyond the call of duty to mail something to us that we left behind! Thank you!

Loved the property. It was clean and modern and for us, perfectly situated to restaurants and Acadia National Park. We were there 4 nights but it actually wasn’t enough time to do the park justice.Lots of nice walks around town too!

Great property, great location!

This location was the best!! My mom 84 year old could walk to everything and the property was set up perfectly! Extremely well appointed not needing anything! Walk to it all and more even the grocery store was one block away!

We could not have stayed at a better place. The beds were comfortable, the whole apartment was clean, and we had everything we needed. The unit was within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Check in and check out was super easy. The manager was very welcoming and offered any assistance needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location. Very clean. Excellently stocked with basic items plus some unexpected pantry items which were helpful. The perfect place for 4 people to use as a home base for exploring Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor itself.

This was a great property. Very centrally located and most everything was within walking distance. The place looked just like the pictures and was very well appointed. The property manager, Bobby, was very responsive and helpful. We had a great time in a beautiful place. I’d definitely stay there again.

Very happy with the rental property. Very clean and well equipped with your everyday needs. The location was very nice and close to everything downtown. Able to walk to all of the sights around town. Definitely would rent again in the future.

We had a great stay and especially loved the location right in town. We were even able to walk directly back to the apartment one morning after viewing the sunrise from Cadillac mountain. Super special memories!

This apartment is updated and very clean. The washer and dryer were a big plus. There were lots of windows to provide great light. Awesome TV to catch up on the US Open Golf tournament! The location is the very best thing about this rental. We could walk everywhere in Bar Harbor within just a few minutes. This place is located just up the street from the sandbar across to Bar Island. And the icing on the cake was the parking space that was included. The owner thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. I would highly recommend booking this apartment for your next trip to Bar Harbor.

We loved the Art Nook!! It's the best location (walking distance) to all of the restaurants, and shopes. Comes with parking. A block away to the Bar Island trail. Ten minute drive, if that, to Acadia! Condo was fully stocked - soaps to spices, non-sticking spray to neosporin, coffee & tea. Super clean & comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!!

This property was perfect for 2 couples who wanted to walk to restaurants downtown. Easy access to the park too. Clean and very well equipped although we did not cook.

This property is exactly like the pictures! Up to date, very clean, and spacious. Beds were comfortable and rooms had plenty of space for clothes in closets and drawers. Bathrooms were nice and so clean. The washer & dryer is an added bonus. We loved having the RESERVED PARKING SPACE as parking is at a premium in Bar Harbor! Location was convenient and an easy walk to all Bar Harbor necessities...restaurants, grocery store, shops, shore path; and ,of course ACADIA NATL PARK was an easy drive (or use the Island Explorer FREE shuttle bus)!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bar Harbor at this delightful spot. The place was clean and had everything we could possibly need for comfort. Directions were clear, furniture (including the beds) was comfortable and the location can’t be beat! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

This is a beautiful and immaculate two bedroom, two bathroom property with a large, fully stocked kitchen, that opens up to a comfortable, beautiful, and spacious living room and eating area. This property has the best towels and bedding plus there is a full size front loading washer and dryer if needed. The town of Bar Harbor is right there to enjoy yet the property is located on a very quiet side street. No worries about searching for a parking spot because this property comes with a reserved spot. The entrance to Acadia National Park is just a less than 10 minute drive away. We rented bikes and rode right from the property to the carriage trails. The property manager, Bobby, is an absolute pleasure and extremely helpful. He was genuinely caring about ensuring that every aspect of our stay was wonderful and it was!

What a wonderful spot to enjoy Bar Harbor and Acadia …Walking distance to everything in town . Put away your keys for the town ..Very close to the park. Comfy beds ..very clean ..everything you need .

We stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed the property. The location could not have been any better. Grocery store was a block away and downtown was just a few blocks away. They offered both a regular coffee pot and Keurig machine. Bathrooms had shampoo and soap. We used washer and dryer after doing our daily hikes. Bobby was responsive when needed. Thanks for a great visit.

This was a gem in Bar Harbor! The apartment was even nicer than pictured - everything was very clean and well stocked and communication and entry was seamless! We were within minutes of walking distance to anything in the center of Bar Harbor - including the walk to Bar Island, Hannafords grocery store, and all the main shops and restaurants! We will definitely come back on our future stays!

Our family had a great time and this served as a great home base. Being able to walk downtown but having a parking space was really nice. We would definitely recommend this very clean and convenient home.

The check in and check out processes were great, and the host was super responsive. Apartment was very clean and spacious. The location couldn’t be beat. Right down the street from all the shops and restaurants, as well as the sand bar to Bar Island, but not right in the center of crowds. Easy access to Acadia and to the Explorer bus. Two minute walk to stock up on groceries for the week. We would definitely stay there again!
