Tough it was bit tricky to find the location, the villa was absolutely stunning! Both of the host was very friendly snd helpful, we also had a good breakfast and loveky convo.

As a solo traveller I had planned to give myself a month to get to know Bali. And start with Villa Santai as a first orientation point when I arrive on the island. I spent 3 nights there and the place met and exceeded all my expectations. So quiet, serene, clean rooms, nice breakfast and a beautiful garden. And I was so lucky to meet the host family who made me feel right at home and gave me an abundance of tips on what to see on the island. Both speak Indonesian fluently and are very conscious of the island culture and religion as well, with statues and offerings across the property. I can only recommend to spend some time here and get acclimated to the mysteries / beauty of this island. 🙏

What a wonderful villa. Our stay was exceptional. Our hosts Anu and Erica were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Staying here was like visiting family as our hosts made it feel that way. Breakfast was beautiful and we loved Erica's home made jam. Room was lovely and clean. Will definitely be visiting again. Thanks Erica and Anu for making our stay a wonderful experience. We loved being close to the beach as well as shops, bars, restaurants and yet very quite once back at the villa. It felt like a private villa, felt like home. The staff are amazing. Smiles all around. Great place! Friendly and helpfull staff, beautifull rooms, quiet, good beds, clean rooms and delicious breakfast !

Breakfast was very generous and the best, full compliment of granola, yogurt, fresh cut fruit, toast with condiments, eggs cooked how you like with plenty of delicious Balinese coffee & a juice! Erika & Arnaud co manage ready to help you with anything! Drivers or scooter readily available, great pool and kitchen facilities as well as a really nice communal area.
