Pool was excellent and the location was great. Close to the beach and restaurants.

We had two adjoining rooms ( us and three teens) on balcony level. They were perfectly cleaned, and serviced daily while we were out. Aircon was efficient, and daily water bottles provided. Location was excellent for street shopping and beach promenade. Breakfast was good (rice/noodles/toast). Swimming pools x2 were great also

We enjoyed our stay. The room was a little in need of updating, (lights not working, floor was a bit dirty,) but overall an enjoyable stay. Great pool.

The staff at reception was good understanding to cancel part of booking. Breakfast was simple but ok and was at least hot and refreshed in small amounts so was not sitting for ages getting cold.Tired and need of refurbishment

Room was dark and dirty. Moldy areas that could be cleaned to brighten villa and make look cleaner. The rain didn't help with the garden villa being flooded. Paths were slippery in wet. Not a suitable space to have to sit in if its raining parts of roof leaking in outdoor bathroom. Was disappointed with comparing photos of villa to real life

Yes, the place was a little run down, but the staff were fantastic, especially the housekeeping ladies. This place got better for me the longer I stayed , a great area to stay. My room was always clean breakfast was adequate and relaxed.

Push bikes to borrow are in ridiculously poor condition , better to hire from nearby

I consider this property as good value for money. We stayed in the older section. We read that the newer section was nicer but since we only stayed for four days this was not an issue. The breakfasts and breakfast staff were excellent. It was conveniently located to restaurants and beach. If you turn left apron exiting the alleyway to the beach you will see a sign advertising day passes at a beautiful, multi-pool, resort. The cost was about $20.00 but we got a $15.00 food credit. We took advantage of this perk and had a great stay.

Pools looked dirty. Guests seemed more inclined to stay in their rooms, except for breakfast, or leave the resort grounds.

Location great. Room and bathroom modern.

Hard bed. Odd/damp smell in room. Whole place just needs a good pressure clean as it’s a lovely property.

Handy location for restaurants, shopping & beach

The front desk tried to help in a fashion. The room overall was OK with its's polished concrete floor.

1. The property has a local wild dog kept on the premises. Coming into the hotel after dinner on 2nd night, without any provocation their dog attacked me from the dark and bit my leg on the calf. It was bleeding, I went to a hospital and had the wound dressed and 2 x rabies vaccinations. On getting back to the hotel I wanted the dog moved or put on a leash. The next day I was not happy with Manager's response, so I reported the incident to the police, they called the hotel to arrange moving or putting the dog on a leash. Nothing was done for another 24 hrs, I report to the manager again, and the dog was moved. 2. The Internet at the hotel is pathetic, drops off after one minute all the time, I reported this issue many times, with no result. 3. The bathroom towels appear dirty with large stains on them.

we stayed in an older room and it had seen better days. The towels were clean but a bit old and frayed. breakfast was buffet style. Indonesian sweet bread is not my favourite!

I was given the room near the office and the walkway ground level, Grand deluxe room. the bed and pillow are the best i have ever had in a Bali hotel, I have stayed in over 300 places here, The room is super clean, The cleaners are very friendly and smiling. The breakfast was nice. oh the shower was fantastic, you could actually wash the shampoo out The pressure was great and it smelt clean..

Not really a welcoming check in, wasnt told about breakfast, the man actually didnt not say anything. I found if you are in the ground floor, you have people above your room, its very noisy, not much sleep My room was infront of where everyone walked out 1 metre from my door, noisy, from about 7am, If you there for rest and quite time, this isnt the place, i was going to stay another few days decided no,

Staff were friendly and the pool was nice. Breakfast was good. We loved the location of our room as it was right by the pool. The location is great, super close to the beach.

The property needs a lot of maintenance as it is quite run down.
