The breakfast was terrible. cheap instant coffee from a machine, concentrated fruit juice that wasn’t pleasant. 2 choices of fruit and very limited cereal. only scrambled egg and boiled egg available, poached was charged extra.

Breakfast very poor, tinned fruit and coffee from a machine that was pretty much undrinkable, leading us to go to a bar up the road for coffee and sometimes breakfast too,tho to be fair after a few days we heard someone ask for coffee at breakfast so I asked for two capaccinos, they tried to send me to the machine but when I said the machine coffee was horrible they agreed to bring two cappaccinos, they were acceptable but not brilliant. And this in Italy! Staff were actually very good, we didn’t eat there because of the breakfast experience

The food and especially the coffee

Location was great near city center, breakfast provided has a variety of options. The Hotel has a nice size pool, and outdoors area. The Junior Suite was beautifully renovated and was very spacious, beautiful bathrooms with a great sized shower and jacuzzi.

Hotel could maybe offer a in room food service. Have complimentary water bottles for stay (2 water bottles a day). Work with customers when rebooking maybe necessary. Provide a menu for breakfast for those who may not want a buffet option. Or just to add additional items like (omelettes, fried eggs etc..)

-our room was not in the main building, when entered it didn’t look like in the pictures, walls od the room were damaged, the back of the bed was rusted, AC heating din not work. - the cleaning ladies do very hard work and our room was spot on excellent cleaned, but they are apparently forced to work all day? because when we were eating outside, one was cleaning behind us, 0.5m from the table.. let them rest a little or change their scedule.

The personnel was very understanding and helpful. The room was great, everything was clean, there was a nice little balcony. I didn’t get to try the breakfast or the restaurant. It’s close to the train station, so perfect to go visit Sorrento and then come back for the night.

Breakfast was good. We didn't have any other meals at the hotel. Staff were nice & helpful. Rooms were modern and clean.

Reception area could have been warmer as the weather was very cold for April. Not the most inviting bar area for a 4 star hotel.

Location and friendly and helpful staff. we were in renovated room and was really nice and clean.

that the pool closes at 6pm as it would be nice after a day trip to relax at the pool afterwards. The coffee… no fresh coffee.. proper coffee and the least we would expect in Italy is a proper coffee with our breakfast

We were in a converted old house in the grounds of the hotel, we had a top floor room with a balcony looking out to sea. A well appointed room with very comfortable bed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our stay included breakfast there was a good choice of food although little variation throughout the week. Easy access to the railway station.

The hotel is a 30 minute walk or short train journey into Sorrento. We like to walk, but unfortunately both ways to walk are built up and quite busy with traffic. There is a limited choice of restaurants close by.

The hair dryer was overheated after less than a minute

In the room we stayed the roomes was a bit humid. Maked our clothes a bit wet to put on.

We had a room for four that was really just a large double with a couple of small beds squeezed in.

- The level of service was simply amazing, with all hosts at the structure (from the owner, to the director, to the service personnel) very kind and helpful, making us feel welcome and spoiled. - Amazing setting, in the middle of a large citrus garden - I stayed in the recently refurbished rooms, comfortable and very nicely furnished, with a minimal-chic décor - The hotel restaurant was very good, providing fresh fish alternatives every day

- I could not find anything I did not like about the structure and the level of service - Despite the great location (Sant'Agnello provides amazing views on the sea and there are several amenities), the only minor point I have is the distance to Sorrento's centre (20-30 min walk or 10 minutes by car). Perhaps the hotel could set up a shuttle service.
