Wow. Kai Villas was the perfect honeymoon spot for our 4 day stay in Kuta, Lombok. It was about $190AUS a night which we happily paid for a private pool. The court yard area was like a private tropical oasis. We swam in the pool daily, had privacy and felt like we could properly switch off. Ayii (manager) and his team were SO helpful. Gave us free breakfast every day, had a converge group chat so we can just message any questions during our stay. Lots of small things like fresh towels and mossie spray, incense, etc. bed was firm but really comfortable actually. Location is perfect, you can walk to the main strips of Kuta in 7-9 minutes, or scooter is 2-4 minutes. The service and location really blew us away. Do yourself a favour and get the private pool and enjoy being close to all the action. He organised transport for us at local prices too (I checked as well using other sites and it was cheapest by far). Please note you cannot flush toilet paper down, use wipes and bin and bidet. Shower was great, cold and cool water only but SO refreshing. They surprised us with flowers in room for our honeymoon and coconuts on arrival

location was great. the ambience was nice and quiet. the hospitality was off the chart.

a few bugs running around after raining. there are stray dogs around the villa.

The friendly personal Maya and Deni. The privat villa was perfect for starting the day calm and relaxed. As well as finishing a day in private atmosphere.

The shower water ran into the bathroom. And maybe a Water refill station in the villa, so you do not need to ask the staff to refill the bottles.

I enjoyed my stay at Kai Villas very much. It was perfect to just laze through the day & enjoy the island vibes. Location was perfect (away from the busy areas), room was spacious, comfy & quiet, & the service staff were very helpful and accommodating to any request which we really appreciated. I plan to return to Kai Villas one day & I am sure it will exceed my expectations again!

Nice private pool, comfortable bed, nice interior design, good to have an own kitchen, water refills whenever requested

Temperature of the shower very difficult to control (either extremely hot or too cold) and maintenance personnel wasn’t able to fix this, terrible smell in several locations of the villa (especially in bathroom but also in kitchen).

I have stayed at multiple villas and this was my favorite! It's a dream one bed villa, perfectly designed and everything fits in the space. It's a truly good feeling to stay there. Staff are amazing!

Nothing at all

Lovely staff, lovely villa, great location. Villa designed with beautiful "Boho Chic" interiors. Super duper comfy beds. Great mood light options.

Need more kitchen equipment. Wouldn't really be able to cook a meal, I didnt require too, so i didnt mark down for this.
