Great location in the center of Kuta. Off the main road and sheltered from road noise and bar music, while it is only a few steps away. Nice pool, great to cool down. I stayed in one of the new units in the back. Must be really new, with great firm mattress and brand new sheets & linen. Unit was very clean and I got fresh towels whenever requested. Staff were really helpful with my questions and transport bookings. They are renting out scooters for the standard rate. It looks like they are adding another story on the new units, but there was no activity and no construction noise either.

Clean bungalows and very comfortable bed. Perfect location: close to the mainstreet but still a quiet and relaxation place with a lovely pool.

No hot shower Next to the homestay there are working on new buildings. They start to work around 8:30 am and stop at 5pm. it didn't bother us as we were out during the day anyway, but nice to know if you want to sleep long or stay during the day at the homestay.

Really enjoyed my stay at Zifa. The rooms were spacious and the garden was lovely. The air con worked well and I appreciated a fridge to keep water cold.

Only 5 villas.

Right next door to night club with load music till late then very close to mosque with earl morning call to prayer - not for those who like their sleep.

we got the worst room (number 3) in the property, next to a water tower that kept overflowing and made quite some noise too every time someone used the water. also we were the furthest from the Wi-Fi router so it made our area searches much slower than they ought to be.

The other reviews saying it's very close to the mosque are true. It is quite loud. However, it is well-located for restaurants.

Good value for money, there was no breakfast as advertised on Booking.com, which was disappointing. Very clean, staff very helpful. Bear in mind there is a 2% charge when paying by card, they didn't accept cash payment, not fair on us. Good location, just quite noisy from the mosk nearby.

Our TV didn't work, the WiFi wasn't good

I really loved the place. Couple of bungalows around the pool. Staff was really helpful, we received 1l of water everyday, they manage a rental of cheap scooters and the transport from hotel to Bali as well. We were working in the place. As I had the further bungalow the wifi connection was quite poor, but there is an possibility to work at the table by the pool or at the reception and wifi was good there. Big advantage was the location. It was really close to restaurants and yoga places - just behind the corner.

There is one mosque nearby the place and callings starts really soon in the morning. However, I got used to it.

Clean, comfortable and great location near to all bars and restaurants and across the road to supermarket for anything you need. Staff very good and attentive.

Nice little place in lovely tropical planted grounds, traditional style which was nice. Nice bungalow, clean and comfortable. Wi-fi excellent throughout resort, good air con, hot water, staff can't do enough for you...highly recommend. Lovely small clean pool

Staff, location and brand new scooter we hired. Lady on reception was very helpful and kind helping us with our Taxi to move on.

Right next door to a Mosque. Calling for Prayer at about 4-30am very loud.

We had an excellent stay at Zifa. The location just off the main street (so no traffic but still a short walk to all the Warungs and shops) was very good. The staff was super friendly and helpful and communication was easy. We loved the pool and the bean bags.

Great location, the staff were very friendly and helpful and organised our moped rentals. The bungalows were tidy and comfortable and the AC worked well. Overall, great value for money - would definitely recommend!
