The gardens are beautiful with very nice pool. The room was very spacious and nice. Was well equipped with TV, AC and even a kettle. The hotel is located directly next to the beach with restaurants etc around.

It is clean and it’s location is good beachfront but no sea view though. staff were very nice and friendly. They assisted us with a change of room as we had metal smelling water coming out of our shower. after a change all is good.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Segara Anak. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, the rooms are kept clean daily, great wifi and aircon! Delicious breakfast included. The gardens and the pool are so beautiful! This value for money hotel is perfectly located in Kuta and I would highly recommend it. We can't wait to go back!

Restaurant and close to ATM

All lies on booking.com. No mini frige in room for my prescription medication so had to find a place to store medicine elsewhere. No Cable, no DVD player, weak AC. My view was facing a block wall a few meters away. I was the only guest there, yet my room was sharing a wall with new construction which began at 8 00 am. INTERNET SIGNAL TOO WEAK to reach room. One of the worst places I've ever stayed.

The location was very good, 30 minutes walk to Mandalika circuit...beach front, so many cafe and restaurantas nearby.. The bed surprisingly so comfortable..

And old hotel, need some refreshment specially for the bathroom and pillows

Location beside Raja Hotel, the hotel that I wished to stay but no room was available on this date. Thus unfortunately I had to stay at Segara Anak Hotel. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

I had a reservation for 2 Deluxe Rooms for 1 night It is weird when I found that The Deluxe Room is in a higher price than the Superior Room, however smaller, NO Cabinet, No Table, and even the TV is smaller. I find it very ridiculous. The room was very small, very dirty, low room light, bad smelly from the toilet, the toilet curtain is absent (they said it was at the laundry), the water faucet is dirty, the toilet wall was not clean and the toilet floor have some yellow cement spot. Hygiene is zero. I feel like this hotel was made purposefully for a short time service room !! I tried and asked the reception if they can change the room for me. However, the best they could give was only changing the room to Superior Room ONLY for 1 room. In the end, we had 1 Deluxe and 1 Superior Room but both of them was still in very bad condition. I warn you all to stay away from this hotel. I'm sure you can find a much better hotel with this price.

Location was great just in front of Kuta Mandalika beach. The staff, Mbak Kadek & Mbak Icha was helpfull, nice & very kind. Breakfast just ok. Ambience was nice.

Wifi was not working right from the room, low connection. The bathroom was clean but there are some stuff from broken cabinet just put down below the wastafel. There was no bathroom mat in our room.

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Location is prime being directly across from the beach and a short walk to the main restaurant, markets area. Outside of hotel is a few different ATMs.
