Well equipped kitchen, spacious and light, house clean and tidy, garden was nice but we didn’t use it as it was a bit chilly Coop next door very handy, makes it a little noisy but not a particular problem as we spent most of our time around the kitchen/diner table at the back of the house Easy access from there to new forest walks, forest parking within about quarter of a mile

Fantastic location. Modern property, light and airy and tastefully furnished. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. We had a great stay here! Clear instructions given for check in. Lots of utensils provided and toiletries in the showers were a great touch. Staff asked if we would like the sofa bed set up prior to our arrival, this was set up beautifully. Great number of bathrooms for comfort of guests. Thank you!

Only negative is not about the property itself, but the payments. When booking through Booking.com, it said no deposit was required upfront. However, upon booking, I was then contacted immediately to pay 50% of the total cost or the booking would be cancelled. I understand why this is in place, but it should be advertised. I also had to pay an additional £300 safety deposit (incase of breakages etc). This was promptly refunded after our trip, but again there was no info about this prior to/during booking. It’s also a very steep cost at nearly half of the total fee for our stay. We are a very careful and respectful group, but it did make us feel quite on edge during our visit.

Location to local shops and quietness. Cleanness and FAB bedrooms. Two in-suit bathrooms plus commune one. Two parking bays. Full feature kitchen appicatcatants.

Shower tap control in all bathrooms is not for the elderly or young. They are square taps needed a towel to turn and the temperature control tap is so sensitive that we can't use one of the bathrooms fearing it burns during user. Replace please the shower set with well-known brands would be nice. We like the walk-in shower cubical but there is no shower curtain between the glass and the wall resulting in splashes all over the toilet and adjacent floor. The cold water tap in the kitchen turns the wrong way, Apart from that we liked the place very much.

Great location, in a beautiful and quiet area and next to a Coop which was extremely useful. It is very close to all of the main sights in the New Forest. Lots of parking, enough for 3 cars all off the road. Toilet roll, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and dish washer tabs were all supplied which was really useful! The house was clean and comfortable.

The listing is wrong, the bedrooms are not as stated. This should be updated. The postcode doesn't take you to the property if using Google Maps.

The property went above and beyond expectations. Clean and great facilities.
