Nice location

Didn’t know i had to request for housekeeping to come freshen up my room and give me extra towels and rags. No one took the trash out and even when i put the request in after front desk told me i had to put one in when i was leaving out for brunch. They said they take care of it. I came back and the room wasn’t cleaned nor did i have any fresh towels and rags. Also still waiting on my deposit which showing payment is still pending in my bank account. Other than that the stay was good.

The bed was a little uncomfortable.

The location of this property was fantastic for access to the Spectrum Center. And the staff was excellent.. They also have a wonderful rooftop bar with an incredible view of the city

The one thing that I did not enjoy about this hotel was the water pressure. When I have trouble getting soap and conditioner out of my hair because the water pressure is so low, that one fault trumps most all positive ones.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfectly located for our at event at Spectrum Arena.

All was outstanding.

The hotel oversold there rooms and did not provide the rooms that I had purchased. They offered no real apology or compensation. I have never had a bad experience like this at a Marriott property. Maybe it is just this location.

It was very clean and cozy. I love the night club in the balcony, it was very nice.

The shower leaked horribly

We were happy about the location. Easy to walk to many restaurants and attractions. The beds were pretty comfortable. The art and the lobby were beautiful.

The value wasn’t great for the price. The rooms were very small and for $229/night I was expecting a more luxury experience or at lease more space. The double queens were two full size beds. There is no ice machine, just a pack of ice in the mini fridge hallway. You could receive the same experience for a better price at the Quality Inn.

Very great location walking distance from the spectrum center, Literally right across the street from it. Inside was so nice and cleaned everywhere you looked. Staff was very good and and helped answer every question I had.

It was hot in the room. Couldn’t turn air on- only off.

Excellent hotel! Location was perfect as we were attending a concert at the Spectrum Center and the hotel was a 2 minute walk to the center. Clean, spacious and very friendly staff! Looking forward to staying there again on our next trip!

I loved how close it was to the spectrum center!!! Literally right across the street and it made our concert experience 10x better not having to pay for ubers!

I loved the location of the property. The rooms were VERY clean. Everything looked exactly like it did online. I will book this hotel every time I come to Charlotte.

The location was great. Parking was convenient.

The fact parking was $30 a day. The light in the room was horrible. It was a little hard to get your belongings in and out to the garage, due to fact the door the the parking deck was a little difficult to keep open.
