The location and the breakfast service staff was very kind. Chris the manager upon check out was very professional and kind.

Room wasn't clean. Shower and bathroom sink were dirty. There was hair in both the shower and sink. Duvet had a blood stain on it. Two lights were not working and the bathroom fan wasn't working. We spoke to the manager Chris who was very kind and tried to accommodate us with reaching out to booking.com about getting %50 off our room. The lady that checked us in was not very friendly either.

I really enjoyed my stay! I had a minor issue with my tv and the staff switched my room immediately! It was my first time staying here I was very impressed! Very clean and quite .

The staff was rude! Orlando in particular! I drive down from Columbia for a event. I had a family emergency checked out moments later . I called spoke with management they redirected me and stop answering calls. Had to file with my bank to get my money back . Halls smell like weed , bathroom was not clean!

Everything about the stay was great! The room was great the shower was great the bed was comfortable we wish we could’ve stayed a little longer because it felt like home away from home!

The only thing we had a problem with was how much the snacks and drinks were from the hotel vending. We were in town for a football game and when the game was over we couldn’t find anywhere to stop and get something to drink because things were closed at that time! We stopped by the front desk to grab something and we felt like it was a bit expensive especially since we were guest of the hotel. We also had trouble finding additional parking because the parking lot was full

The price and the spacious room

Changed policies on ESA pets. Used to recognize and not charge now they charge without notice.
