Excellent location front desk & floor staff great customer service!
Breakfast was good just a little cold one of staff in the kitchen older lady wasn’t friendly & didn’t like how she was standing watching ppl as they where fixing plates

Location was great.
This hotel is very dated (old toilets and furniture) and is also infested with bugs. A bug was crawling on my husband while he was lying in bed!. We were in the hall at 2:30am while the clerk was trying to find another room; we didn't get settled in another room until after 3am! The clerk did her best, considering she didn't have much to work with. Please rethink your stay here!

Indoor pool and breakfast. The place is clean and bathroom is also very clean.
The place is very uncomfortable especially the beds. When we asked for extra pillows they didn't have enough so they weren't able to provide us one. Also, during breakfast there's a staff lady in the kitchen that stares at the people and we felt so uncomfortable and pressured.

First room we recieved smelled like pee. The bath rags had hair embedded in them.

Room was nice, clean, bathroom was clean but I was scared in the tub….it needs a non slip finish!! Rooms could use some updates.

The suite was large. One of our party's rooms had a separate bedroom. One did not even though the rooms were about the same size. Microwave and refrigerator were nice to have. Location was convenient
Breakfast was very poor. Eggs and potatoes were thawed but not warmed up. Coffee was weak and cold. Rooms were worn and rather bare. Peice seemed high for this type of hotel.

We were moved around to about 2-3 different rooms because they have a roach infestation clearly. I asked them the did they have a roach problem after checking into the first room and seeing them everywhere & they said no just to keep us around. When we moved to a different room we had the same problem. I was so disgusted.
