Excellent location front desk & floor staff great customer service!

Breakfast was good just a little cold one of staff in the kitchen older lady wasn’t friendly & didn’t like how she was standing watching ppl as they where fixing plates

The front desk staff were good

Just needed a little bathroom maitenance

Reservation made on booking.com was not in their system. The person at the desk had to add a reservation for us to their system

Location, staff was very friendly

Wrong hotel, and I got charged for one, but it took me to another one

Everything was clean and comfortable

Said there was a pool and was really the main reason we booked it and we get there and it’s out of order

The location was convenient.

The furniture was old and worn and some furniture was obviously broken.

This hotel is very dated (old toilets and furniture) and is also infested with bugs. A bug was crawling on my husband while he was lying in bed!. We were in the hall at 2:30am while the clerk was trying to find another room; we didn't get settled in another room until after 3am! The clerk did her best, considering she didn't have much to work with. Please rethink your stay here!
