Nice set up! We enjoyed our time here! This property appears small, but it is very spacious and well cared for on the inside. Plenty of room to spread out! Yard is on the smaller side, but suitable as most plan to spend time enjoying the surrounding areas. Though it’s located on the Main Street in Mt. Shasta, outdoor traffic noise was not an issue inside the home, location made shops and area activities easily accessible. Comfortable and very clean, well stocked with everything we needed. Property owner was pleasant, helpful, and quick to respond. Property is monitored. Be prepared to respect reasonable requests regarding activities that could impact neighbors or property condition to avoid issue or additional charges. Instructions and owner expectations are well labeled throughout the home. Would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend this property to friends and family.

My group and I stayed here for the annual retreat I hold in Mt. Shasta. It was perfect! LOVED how there are two distinct living areas - one upstairs and one downstairs - PLUS the yoga/meditation room downstairs! This house is surprisingly roomy (looks much smaller outside than it is!)... and very comfortable. Easy access, walked to downtown, and to hiking in all directions. Thank you!

Our stay in this lovely home was perfect! The house was immaculate and has many nice touches that made us feel right at home during our stay. Lauren was great to work with and it's obvious the care and attention that went into making our stay a great experience. Overall I rated our stay with 5 stars with the only less than ideal attribute being the road noise heard from the master bedroom. This was not enough to detract from an overall excellent experience!

Loved the house, the layout, the neighborhood, and the amenities. It was perfect for us (4 adults + 4 kids). Just didn't like that's on a busy street and you can hear (and see the headlights of) every single car that passes by from the first bedroom...

This was a very nice house in a great location for a large group of people. The house was equipped with everything we would need for a nice stay. Many Air BnBs and VRBOs feel like a home away from home and while we were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay, it did not feel like home because of the signs posted with how much you would be charged for various things. Overall a great place to stay and if you treat the place like you would your own home then you shouldn’t be charged extra.
