The place was spacious with a little kitchen and washroom. Chiara was communicative and gave me all the information needed as well as was responsive when I reached out to her. Easy lockbox entry. The kitchen came stocked with coffee and little snacks which was a wonderful treat after arriving. There was a fridge too The place was clean with towels and linens provided. Great place to stay...well situated between Villa d'este, Villa Gregoriana and Villa Adriana.

Great cozy place in the old town of Tivoli and really clean. Chiara helped us with all the details and even provided some recommendations for great restaurants in Tivoli. Parking are available near, make sure you discuss with Chiara before arriving Best Wi-fi in Italy after 2 weeks travel :D

What a wonderful place to stay in beautiful Tivoli. Everything we needed was provided to a high, modern standard.

Very modern, new, well decorated and everything worked.

An uphill climb to get anywhere.

The room was very nice and well equipped. We were also satisfied with breakfast. Coffe machine in the room. The owner was very nice person. We appreciate that the room was available early, from 14:00. . It is relatively close to Villa d`Este if it is point of your interest. For equipment, owners approach, location, I would give 10. If you are in well condition we would highly recommend you this accommodation.

I would not say that accommodation is on the ground floor. I know it is not really 1st floor, but steps are quite hight and steep (4 step to doors, 5 step to room). I was asked to pay tourist tax of 4 euro in cash. From the reservation conditions, I am not sure, if it was fair.

La Piccola Dimora is a small but very cosy apartment. The host had thoughtfully provided everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Anyone with mobility problems should be aware that there is a short flight of very steep steps up to the door.
