The location is unreachable by car (old town)

The property was centrally located in the historical part of town which made it convenient. Marco met us at the property to give us the keys and explain everything. The apartment was very spacious and we loved the large windows looking out onto the street. The historical features of the home were highlighted but updated with modern conveniences. We will definitely return!

Great location to stay in centre of town and walkable. Parking and driving a challenge in city centre but great host made it doable.

The owners were very nice and the location was right in the center to walk around the place and visit the main historical place. Fair size of room and well equipped for bedding and comfortable.

Missing some equipment in the kitchen if you want to be cooking, missing shower pressure and the downside is that it's noisy until 2 AM as the window is next to the bar.

Marco the host is very helpful and available. The apartment looks amazing and is located at the very center of Tivoli. The city is beautiful.

Everything was perfect.

Marco, our host, was very kind. He met us at the train station in Tivoli and brought us in his car to the Carlandi residence. Everything was wonderful. The house is old, from the 16th century. The apartment is very clean and beautiful inside, everything is ready for living and thought out to the smallest detail. It can be seen that Marco made sure that people were comfortable and cozy. Window curtains make it dark at night. Marco also brought us to an excellent restaurant. Everything is twice as cheap than in other places in Italy where we were. Food and pizza in the restaurant is delicious. Not far from our place of stay there was a market and a grocery store. Villa d'Este is 5 minutes away on foot. The city is very safe and the people there are kind. On our last day of stay, Marco helped us with a taxi and our departure. Thanks to Marco and his family for such a warm welcome. We had wonderful days in Tivoli. All the best to you!

the location is great, right in the downtown pedestrian area. the owner met us and showed us everything. i had inadvertently booked for the wrong number of people, and he handled it asap and had the other beds made up, a fantastic host and would totally recommend!

Tivoli - is a very nice old (antic) town. It’s calm and beautiful, magic and fun… I think it was great fortune to stay at Marco”s place. Frankly speaking, we’ve ran to Tivoli from noisy Rome) So, apartment is beautiful, clean, calm, comfortable. Quality beds, natural bed linen, blinds in bedrooms, etc. All you need to sleep well after tours! Transfer to airport (for good price).

This was an spectacular place and stay - centuries old but modernly equipped, tastefully decorated, full of beautiful details (the ceilings! The floor!). Super clean, spacious, a veritable palace. The location could not be better for exploring beautiful Tivoli. The owners are just so nice and welcoming! Truly a luxurious gem.

Beautiful apartment and Marco was an amazing host. Went out of his way to make sure we had a great time in Tivoli. Right in the historic centre but so quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Stunning decoration, immaculate ..ver special place. Highly recommend!

Marco was a very gracious host, answered every question with patience and helped us with parking our car. the apartment was big and very clean,the kitchen was well stocked.

the water pressure was weak, the heat was turned off so the apartment took a while to get warm.

Gorgeous apartment right in the pedestrian zone of Tivoli. Marco the owner, was very prompt with his replies and met us at a designated parking spot. We were able to park our car then walk a few minutes to the apartment. Everything about the apartment was done to a high standard and we really enjoyed our stay. Loved that it was a historical building with modern features such a large, well equipped bathroom. The huge master bedroom faced the rear of the building to a small inner courtyard so it was very quiet at night despite the central location.

Stunning apartment, just in the center of the city. All in Residenza Carlandi is stilish and full of taste, from the furniture to the ancient chairs, the incredible ancient ceilings as well as the pavement and the crystal table in the great lounge room. In addictions the host Marco was very nice and helpful, full of advice about the parking spot, where to eat, to have a drink etc.
