Considering the price, comfort and proximity to the beach and pier, this was an awesome find. Will book again.

The description of the property was misleading. The location to the beach and walk to the pier was perfect for our family however the actual townhouse is not family friendly for those with young children. It is listed as having a tub/shower combo. There is no tub but a very small shower. Unfortunately had to give our 1 year old a bath in the sink :(. The steep narrow stairs were also scary with 2 very young children. If it was just my husband and I, I probably would have over looked it all.

really enjoyed the whole stay! cozy place, could see the beach from the driveway. loved using the grills and had everything we needed!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was simple and exactly as described. The short walk to the beach was a blessing and the weather was wonderful! We were also a short distance to nearby towns to view lighthouses such as Cape Elizabeth. Ali and Michelle were great to work with and very kind. It was a terrific experience.

The property description was accurate. It was clean and well kempt. The location was great and the other vacationers around the area were kind and courteous. The parking situation was a bit challenging as several people brought more than one car and took up the space alotted for us. We just parked on the street to keep the peace. If I were to ask for one thing, I would say it would be nice to have a television on the second floor so the children or adults can have television options. We are looking forward to renting next year, the Lord willing. We truth appreciate the opportunity to stay in this location.

It was amazing. A small hiccup trying to find who to contact for keys. But got it cleared up fast. Very clean, exactly what you want. Highly impressed and will deff look at staying here again

Clean and great location.

Ali and Michelle are great to deal with. Many improvements since our last visit. Perfect location and easy access to the beach and you have to visit Tami Lyns for breakfast and lunch! Great rate on the room and we have stayed multiple places. Always satisfied! Thanks again Ali and Michelle.

This is my second year staying here in August. So close to the beach, very clean in side and has everything you need. Great porch to sit on. We will be going back next year for sure.

This was our second year renting from Ali! We had a few hiccups getting settled but between Ali and our very courteous neighbor occupying the adjoining rental we were able to relax pretty quickly! You just can’t beat being this close to the beach for the price! Thanks Ali for another great week at OOB!

Another fabulous week spent at Old Orchard Beach and this house couldn't be more perfect! SO convenient to what you need - 5 houses up from he beach, less than a mile from the center/pier (but far enough away that you don't have all that craziness. A small store/restaurant right at the corner......ideal for someone that has small children. The house itself is perfect with 2 bedrooms plus a pull out couch. Kitchen comes stocked with everything you need (oh wait, someone tell Ali we need a measuring cup). :) I have been vacationing in Old Orchard for about 50 years and renting this house for the last several years. Won't even bother looking elsewhere! Now I just let Ali (owner) know to pencil me back in for next year. Speaking of the owner (Ali), he's an outstanding person and very attentive to any questions or needs you might have. Rent it - you won't regret it. Ali - thanks again for another fabulous vacation - see you next year! Or sooner if there's any weeks left. :) Maryanne

Good location. House was ok.

A little small for 6 people. But overall a great location. Very close to beach, two convenience stores and a laundromat and restaurant. Parking is an issue as people get their spots early. But overall I would stay again for sure!!

It's a great value and the location is great. The cookware could be updated, and the wifi signal and TV channel selections improved. The living room furniture is very comfy! It's a bare bones beach house with a great porch and it's steps from the beach, we loved our week there. Thanks to our hosts!

This was a great place in the back of building. Only 1 minute from beach There were extra staples there like paper plates--cups- and lots of trash bags which i was so happy about, I would definitely come back but next time rent the front part so i can look right at the ocean..

We absolutely enjoyed our week long stay here. We received the house clean and in good condition. Well kept and perfect for up to four people. Owner was very attentive and accommodating, always only a text or phone call away. Being only steps to the beach and a short walk to the pier makes this an ideal place to stay, and is so reasonably priced...you can't go wrong. I would most definitely recommend this to others, and look forward to planning another stay here in the near future. Thanks for the memories!!

The owner met us at the cottage, and gave us the key. He was friendly, and told us if we had any problems to call him. We had no problems. The cottage was clean. Just steps to the beach. The beach is beautiful, clean sand and water. I would definitely recommend this cottage, and would gladly stay there again Only one complaint. No dish soap, or sponge, and very limited cookware.
