My husband and I spent the weekend relaxing and enjoying our view. Great location.

This place was AMAZING! My husband is active duty military and this is the first vacation we have been able to take as a family in a while. The washer and dryer look brand new and was easy to use. We have a very rambunctious 2 year old and while we were staying he ripped the TV guide and I messaged the property people right away and got a response the next day to say to not worry about it. We saw so much wild life from jumping fish to pelicans and dolphins!!

This property is located in a wonderful spot! My family will be back!

We would absolutely stay there again. Location is perfect. Conveniently located close to town but feels as if it is not. It is well appointed and all necessities are provided. A beautiful place to spend a vacation in!!

Spacious house with breathtaking views of the bay from the living room . Best unit in the area.., you can park you car and put your keys up for your whole stay.

The property has a wonderful view of the water. The house is very close to the water. It is natural green beach with very little sand. The internet info and PASSWORD on the confirmation letter and on the refrigerator was totally wrong. Finally we found it scritch scratched on the front of the info book. The lay of the house was nice with a great TV, deck and hard beds. The furniture, dishes and many knick knacks were all mismatched. The kitchen table chairs are ugly and out of place. The coffee pot was near death, a fire hazard and burned the coffee. The bathrooms were updated nicely. Our dog loved it too.

The house was cozy. Secluded with a beautiful view of the bay. Furniture was outdated including beds, so it gave the house a musty smell. The house was very warm - per instructions could not the down AC so it was uncomfortable. Lastly, cable TV didn’t work but thankfully we were only there a couple of days. With some updating to the house, we would definitely stay here again for a family vacation.

We really enjoyed are stay. Definitely will consider this place again on our next visit to the gulf coast.

Beautiful location with view of the bay. Walking distance to the charming town of Carrabelle. Kayak launch at the house was perfect for morning paddles and fishing. The house needs a little attention. Ceiling fan remote batteries need to be replaced and the master bedroom could use a new mattress. It was very hard.

The house was clean. Too many light switches. No privacy due to another house around 20ft away. House could use a pier or dock due to mud flats and shallow water. I like to fish but its hard when the neighbors take over the only little spot to fish. House didn't have enough curtains or blinds to cover the windows. Neighbors stand on their balcony and stare straight through this house (had to put a towel over the window on the door facing the other house just to have some type of privacy). Overall liked the house but it could use some space and privacy from next door neighbors.

We so enjoyed our stay at your home. Everything was just as listed. It was quite and beautiful. Highly recommend to anyone looking for rental.

Beautiful! Took our boat and went to dog island every day! Ordered food from one of the local restaurants one night and grilled out at the house the other. The views from the balcony are amazing. Watching the waves was so soothing! We can't wait to visit again!

Our family had a restful vacation and enjoyed the view. Baywatch was only a 20-25 minute drive from the beautiful Saint George Island. The kids are already asking when we can return.

We had a wonderful time here. We had 3 couples and two dogs, and the house suited us perfectly. The view over the water and from the balcony was beautiful and it was only a short drive to the beach. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, quiet location with views of birds, dolphins, butterflies, and other wildlife from just about every window and porch. The house is moderately stocked with kitchen essentials, though we did have to buy a few things while we were out. One of the couches was also broken, but still very comfy. This property contains two homes on it, so you'll get to know your neighbors if anyone is staying in the other house! Overall we (and our dogs) had a great time.

Charming, comfortable house on the water with amazing views. In a quiet location but an easy 10-15 walk into downtown Carabelle. One of us is already planning a return trip!

Hidden gem. If you want waterfront, privacy, seclusion, charm, nature, all-inclusive — you can’t go wrong here.

It was quiet and secluded, which was exactly what we were looking for.If you are wanting the latest and greatest in furniture and decor than you won’t find that here. We didn’t mind as that wasn’t our priority. The WiFi was spotty at best which is difficult if you need to get work done. If you are wanting to get away from that (my kids were off devices! Yay!) than it’s no big deal.We loved our stay here and would come back in a heartbeat!

Nice, peaceful place to stay. Needs a little work, probably damage left over from hurricane. There was a feeling of the house swaying a little when someone was walking around???

Needs deep cleaning, light bulbs, lamp at each bedside for the readers. Another TV would be nice too.

The only problems we had were that there was a delay in check in (which was 6pm) because of COVID. If you need more time to clean, they should start earlier. And then, it wasn't clear that we needed to bring our own quilts. Apparently, it says so in the fine print. But, this should be highlighted as it's a problem. In addition, they owners should invest in a couple quilts or blankets (instead of comforters) for the bed so that the cleaners can wash them regularly. Other than that, this was a great house & location. And we would rent it again for sure. Loved the town of Carrabelle and boating to Dog Island and St George too.

We had a fabulous vacation, spending most of our time out kayaking on the bay and to the little island. We saw Dolphins on several days and even Manatees one day. We loved having our meals overlooking the bank of windows. It felt like dining at a waterfront restaurant every night. Great spot!

Love the location of this property on the bay. Peaceful to sit out on back deck in the morning.

We had a lovely time. The house was comfortable with everything we needed. The view was amazing! The location was quiet and close to beaches. Kayaks would be great here.

Overall our stay was nice and peaceful. The house has a million dollar view of the bay and Dog Island, lots of bird activity right outside the window. You’re also walking distance to Carrabelle, cute little fishing town that will definitely blow up soon. That being said, I would not suggest going too far off the beaten path around the house. within a few blocks it does get a little sketchy. The house itself is in need of TLC. It’s currently for sale and it seems like the current owner hasn’t put much effort into its upkeep. On the outside, trim and stuff like that is in disrepair. They provided outside furniture, but 4 out of 6 chairs were broken and unusable, which was disappointing, the weather was perfect for being outside, but we couldn’t really enjoy it all together. The inside furniture is a little rundown too but in working order and totally reasonable for a rental, though the dining room table is gross and the beds are very hard. The kitchen has the very basics when it comes to cooking, and enough utensils for one meal, so you either need to run the dishwasher after each meal or wash by hand every meal. We anticipated the kitchen being basic and brought stuff like a good knife and roasting pan (we were there over Christmas). We didn’t anticipate that they wouldn’t have any dishtowels or pot holders. We ran up to the dollar store and picked some up and left it there for the next person.

If quiet peaceful relaxation is your goal, this place definitely meets the mark. The property is quite secluded and the road is minimally traveled. The view is spectacular and you feel like you’re in the gulf. Though the house needs repair here and there, it was perfectly comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed our time there greatly and would visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at Baywatch. We visited in October and the weather was perfect. In the mornings we were transfixed by the amazing sunrises over the bay and in the evening we were entertained by dolphins looking for their dinner. All of this was enjoyed from the back porch of this comfortable home. We had some delicious seafood at the local restaurants. Apalachicola and the beautiful beaches of St George Island are just a short drive from Baywatch. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils we needed. If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet get away then I highly recommend Baywatch as a place to stay.
