Despite specifically saying we would arrive late our first night before ever booking this stay, the property managers did not turn down the AC before our arrival. Since the entry level of the rooms is already the 2nd floor and the kitchen/living are on the 3rd floor, it was hours before we could go to sleep waiting for the AC to get the rooms to an even bearable temperature. We stayed from Thursday night until Monday morning and the living room stayed hot the entire stay with the AC turned down to the owner's limit of 73*. This was even during May so I can't imagine using this condo anytime except winter again. Overall, this downside was an overriding issue for us despite all the other huge positives including the beautiful decor, screened porches, PERFECT location to the boat ramp, outdoor seating furniture, etc. Only King size bed is closest to entry door and doesn't have ensuite bathroom. You will get a nonstop workout with the stairs too.

We loved the condo and the location.

Enjoyed our stay at Angler's View. The condo was beautiful; all the necessary amenities provided. Great location for fishing and going over to the beach.

Boat ramp is very close. Not sure they have enough boat trailer parking

This is a very quiet and relaxing location. It would be a great local if you want to bring a boat.

The house is 2 story on stilts so stairs are definitely a daily chore. The area was so quiet and the view was beautiful over looking the water. A 5 minute walk to the dock. The beds were all very, very, very firm. Blankets had to be washed before using. (One had baby spit-up on it or something.) The townhouse faces the afternoon sun that comes in hot and the a/c couldn't keep up, especially in the 3rd floor with the kitchen and living room. Only had one love seat and some wicker chairs in living room. No comfortable seating for a 3 Bed and 3 bath house. Kitchen was nice with good appliances. Glasses, utincles, plates and such were put up dirty (maybe the previous people didn't run the dishwasher or something and everything got put up like that?). Overall it was good stay. A perfect getaway from every day busy life for people that love nature and water.

The place was very nice and Carrabell in general is a very relaxed area. That's why we went and it was great had zero issues the whole time we were there.

Our family had a wonderful trip at this beautiful condo. It was in a perfect location and very close to the local marina. The condo was extremely clean and the check in/out process was super easy. We would definitely recommend this condo! We would recommend talking with owner before renting if you plan on bringing your boat as there is not a lot of room at the condo for parking. Luckily we were able to leave our boat at a friends house that lives in Carrabelle. Other than that, our stay was perfect and we would rent again!

We enjoyed the view from the balcony watching the sun set and come up over the bay. Even enjoyed the music down the road from the local tavern. Neighbors were extremely nice and helpful. However, asich as the location and people were a plus the place from initial view appeared to be clean but as the first day continued more unclean habits revealed themselves. Active roaches were in the kitchen infested. Dead roaches were down stairs found in bathtubs and bedrooms. One bedroom had a wet huge stain on the carpet from a leak. After stripping the bed once leaving I am appalled at what my family actually slept on during their stay...stains all over the mattress. There were dirty socks left under bed from previous tenants. The roaches were quickly attended to by the property manager but the exterminator reported the previous tenants had an infestation that was treated a week ago. If that was true why would you rent the place until it was under control? I use to clean vacation rentals and this was a average place that didn't require alot of extra cleaning but I'd definitely look into getting a different cleaner because they just did a hit and miss cleaning. It was beautifully decorated and we were able to enjoy our time regardless of the cleanliness.

You can see the river from the balcony and it is walking distance from local bars and eateries. Staff was very nice and they were easy to work with when booking accommodations. The pool was also a great addition to have access to during our stay.

We had a quick 2 nights in the Anglers view. Perfect location to walk in to town. Accommodating hosts and great communication!

Beautiful, well kept property. Site matched pics on the website. Easy check in and out. Needed nothing but clothing and toiletries. Will defiantly use again and will share with our sub-contractors. Thank you for everything!!! :)

The location was good and the house its-self was nice. However, when we arrived the stench of cat was unbearable. There was pet deodorizer already under the sink so it was known to have had pets previously. The kitchen sink and bathtubs were also stopped up. The overall cleanliness was not good. There was food and dirt under beds and couches. The property manager was nice but did not deliver when we were told someone would be out to clean saturday morning. I would not stay here again and would not recommend unless you don’t mind the smell of cat urine.

The place was awesome and very nice to stay. I loved the balconies, and the little kids loved the pool. We went almost everyday. We loved how comfy the couch was and that the place came with its own WiFi. The number of tv’s and bathrooms were really convenient, and we thought it was cool how it came with two floors and a large drive under parking space. The only thing I would say is its cleanliness. It wasn’t cleaned to its very best. There were a few things under one of the beds, one of them being an empty Mountain Dew can. Apart from it not being clean to its best, the place was great!

Easy process to rent and get in. Property is nice and well maintained. A quick walk to the fishing pier made this location ideal for our trip. Minor issue, the gate pool code did not work but a neighbor helped us to get in

Was very impressed with the attention given to us when there an issue! Staff, manager and maintenance were all very professional and prompt! Could have been a tad cleaner but OVERALL was a great stay!! Looking forward to booking with the company again! Thanks!

The property was just as shown in the pictures and a beautiful house. Kids loves having the pool and the neighbors were extremely friendly. Only downside was the air conditioner. Only one unit to cool 2 stories so kitchen and living room area did get hot. But for the price, was worth it. Just bring an extra fan for living room!

Cute condo with plenty of room

We so enjoyed this quiet condo with the view of the river and boat landing. Property manager was quick to act on our requests. It would be good to know there are 2 flights of stairs, with kitchen on top floor. We wish there was a table and chairs to eat at, and a table to play games or do a puzzle. The pool is not heated.

Beautiful place, clean, easy to access. Could use a few of the niceties, but the pre-rental instructions were clear that there would be no soap/shampoo in showers, limited paper towels and no coffee/tea or fixins. Slept 6 quite comfortably.
