There is no air condition and 1 ceiling fan was not enough for the hot weather the parking is not build for trucks is more like for small cars.

Excellent location if you have a late or super early bus. It’s just around the bus station.

The whole place echoes so basically every single noise is amplified - I didn’t sleep a wink! Someone was coming in, talking, music downstairs, pulling a suitcase at 3am, just super noisy. The building has terrible acoustics. Also, having a shower was a struggle. Water was lukewarm at best and super little water pressure. It’s cold in the evening, having a cold shower that was barely dripping was difficult! I literally had to use the hair dryer to warm up my body after the shower, it was cold!

The room's great, very clean and private. There's no a/c so the room did get very hot without the ceiling fan on. Will definitely book again in the future.

the hot water takes some minutes to be available. In winter it's rather cold in the hotel room. It's coming from the cold public areas. This problem could be solved by closing the doors and windows of the public area from the afternoon until mid-day. The WiFi is kinda slow in the evening.

The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the bus station, even when arriving late you dont need to get a cab. Its a great value for the cost, confortable bed, clean hotel and decent sized rooms; just what I needed for a one night stay.

The fan wasnt working and they didnt have warm water in the shower, not sure if it was because I arrived at midnight and they only turn the heater on during the day. The walls are a bit thin so you can listen to the noice from other rooms quite easily.

This is a nice hotel. Great for a one night stay and very close to the main terminal of Leon, Guanajuato. You can walk there! The WiFi is strong. The room is small but comfortable. You get your own private restroom. The bed is a little firm but decent. The room was clean when i arrived and i got a towel, soap, shampoo and lotion. I compared the prices of surroundings hotels and they were similar in price yet this hotel is the nicer one. I would stay here again.

The night shift lady in charge was suspicious of me and asked me if i had a key. But i guess that's standard protocol. The shower leaked water into the tile next to the toilet. The television didn't work.

Very nice quiet comfortable room. Better than expected

Located right next to the bus station and in the leather district, surrounded by markets and shops everywhere. Great value for money and very clean. Wifi when not being spotty was excellent, but around 10-11 every night it got real bad for an hour or 2. I'd recommend this hotel to anybody based on the price and quality of room, just pray you avoid the one rude receptionist!

Wifi was spotty at time, bed was hard (not a huge issue as I can sleep on just about anything), but the worst thing was the one receptionist who was working the day of my arrival. Just absolutely vile, zero desire to be there, rude, disrespectful, tried to double charge me for my reservation. This pretentious, stuck up girl singlehandedly brings my review from a pleasant 8 down to a 6, she was awful. Rest of the staff seemed okay, but I tried to avoid the reception desk as much as possible after my experience with this horrible staff member.
