Wir waren als Familie eine Nacht in diesem kleinen Bungalow an der Stadtgrenze zu Malmö und ein paar Minuten zu Fuss zum Meer. Von da hat man Sicht auf die Oerensund Brücke. Die Wohnung hat einen kleinen Garten mit Apfelbäumen und liegt in einer Bungalow-Siedlung, die an das Meer grenzt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgerüstet und hat Küche und einen Wohnecke. Es hat ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Zimmer mit einem Einzelbett und ein Schlafsofa im Wohnraum. Der Besitzer war kompromissbereit als wir sehr spät anreisten und hat uns den Zutritt ermöglich. Und hat uns die Kaution erlassen, da wir keine Accounts in elektronischen Systemen (Paypal usw) hatten.

Achtung! Es ist wichtig die Wohnungsregeln gut durchzulesen! Der Besitzer verlangt eine Kaution, die vorgängig elektronische überwiesen werden muss. Kreditkarte wird nicht aktzeptiert. Der Besitzer erwartet, dass man die Wohnung gereinigt hinterlässt. Das war zwar kein Problem für uns, aber meine Frau hatte Angst, ob wir es schaffen die Wohnung gut genug zu putzen, weil der Besitzer in den Wohnungsregeln geschrieben hat, dass er bei einer ungenügenden Reinigung eine Nachreinigung in Rechnung stellen würde.

Traditional summerhouse. Conveniently sized, large garden, suntraps, Basic (but ample) facilities which is refreshing. Close to the coast. quiet location but supermarket 5 mins, large shopping facilities 6kms. Easy to get to Malmo. Easy to be outside.

Cold in cold weather. It is compact which might not suit families with teenagers.

it was very cold indoors even with heat pump . I don’t think it’s insulated. we all got sick after staying here. my husband recorded 9degrees inside during the night. had to put towels on floor to keep feet warm while up and about .

Perfect place for relaxing

Very nice comfortable house with fantastic garden in a super location close to the seaside.

after reservation and payment, the host sent me an email that I have to pay 1000sek for deposit. however the host paid it back to me 6 hrs after checkout, it was not mentioned in the booking.com. Moreover I paid 100sek more for blanket, bed linen, pillows, towels , and duvets!

Location is very nice

in winter it’s very cold in bedroom (in the morning it was 13C when outside was -2C), the only heating is AC in the living room. Extremely uncomfortable sofa bed in the living room. Wasn’t easy to find at night, small parking if you driving anything bigger then average hatchback will have to park somewhere else. access to the key box through the bushes. Some furniture are broken. Not clear instructions from the host. There is a 40l boiler in bathroom, and it’s obvious not enough for 3 people to take a shower, have to wait until it will heat up.
