The Integrity hotel.. Yes.. Can recommend. It's been awhile. It's August.. We stayed there in May.. We are back home now in Sydney. From what I recall. The shower worked well.. Took me a while to figure out how to use it. Also.. A decent bath. The bed was very comfortable. A comfortable bed is the number one thing we look for in reviews and travelling. There was an issue with getting the washing machine and dryer going.. But the host helped us with that. Friendly host.. Helped us a lot. Very good aircon. A great kitchen. Ralphs is just down the street. Plenty of room for cords and computer things. Good wifi. Not too much noise from neighbours.. Just standard/was quiet. A very comfortable space.

The only thing was the washing machine and dryer.. They were great.. Just turning them on was a challenge. But the host who was really good helped with that.

Lack of communication, deposit return had to request via booking.com after over 15 days. Apartment was not the cleanest, bathroom on sink and bath not clean, around the taps dirty and sink top sticky where stickers has been placed. Bath was not clean and had black water stains. Old carpets that were lot the cleanest. In general place needs a facelift.

I didn't like that the representative that I was told would be assigned to me, wasn't available from the time we booked and through out the entire stay, she supposed to have met us at the property, but didn't, at the last minute she sent an email stating that I had to do a tutorial self check in. The video didn't help, I tried contacting Jennifer and the property manager, but noone assisted, the info in the video was accurate. The TV didn't work, we had to spend money for entertainment otherwise we could only sit and stair at each other. We had to buy cookware and other dishes to prepare food. We also had to buy wash cloths. For the dishes to be washed, there was a couple of sponges left from God only know. I am very disappointed and would like to be reimbursed. The only response I got from the property owner and the staff was when it was time to collect the funds and return the key. Sad!!! The bathtub looks like water coming up the ceiling when taking a shower. We were gone until it was time to go to bed. The room had two queen beds, that took up all the space, you had to walk Sideways to maneuver through the bedroom

The apartment setting was nice and kitchen would’ve been nice if we were staying there more than one night

I would prefer to stay in the hotel because I didn’t have anybody there to ask questions if I had them, and the young lady that let us in the hotel at first wasn’t answering her phone and then when we did finally meet up with her, she just kind of rambled over a bunch of stuff  and left. I just didn’t feel that she was very helpful.

It was close tho the Hollywood Blvd.

They ask for a Separate Deposit and till now they haven’t refunded my deposit. Everything was in perfect condition when I left and I did everything they told me and they ask for my information for my refund and I’m still waiting for $100

The location of the accommodation is suitable, the parking is ok. The kitchen was well equipped. The double bed was comfortable and clean. The wifi was fast and relalible.

The host gave us the access codes only after 1.5 hours of waiting (this was after 9:30 p.m.), even though he knew we were waiting with a child. We were not satisfied with the accommodation, because the carpet was stained, the faucet was difficult to use, it was not possible to close it completely. The pictures do not reflect the current reality. Two adults cannot sleep on the sofa in the living room (it is too narrow).
