there was a homeless who was walking around and saw him looking at my car with a tool box in his hand

It was comfortable and a clean place. It had some fast food places and convenient stores within a walking distance. The owners were very helpful and kind when one of our kids locked our car key in the trunk of our car.

The small parking area they had and we still got charged $10 for our parking. Also there were noisy guest next door, they had Loud music and talking in the early morning hours from them. Was upset and tired but no complaints from the hotel itself.

No breakfast..The surrounded by tents and homeless,too loud music close to our room during night time

The restroom is too nasty hair still in the floor they just change the trash bag that's all we stayed 5 days beddings are still the same..

The people that work there were super nice and helpful - didnt have to pay for extra wifi and also showed me sightseeing spots in the area. Placed directly on sunset blvd, you couldnt wish for a better location when you wanna visit LA

ofc the rooms were not so well equiped and you cant expect luxury - tho i think that it defintily fits the price. so... your expactations shouldnt be too high, but the location and the people there are definitly worth the price!!!

it was close to all the night life and local transport.

the room was not clean, the bed was not comfortable, no morning coffee which was stated when booked.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. Th air conditioner worked well. The hotel manager is trying his best to keep everything in order and to provide safe environment in the hotel. The Hollywood boulevard and Alley of Fame, subway, Target shop are within walking distance (5-10 min).

No coffee or tea though it was in the description of the hotel. There are a lot of homeless people and trash in the streets in all area near Hollywood boulevard.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the general atmosphere was very chill considering the location.

There were a couple of outlets in the room that didn't work. It ended up not being too much of a problem for us but the outlets should probably checked and fixed. This was the only thing that kept it from being a perfect 10 but it's still pretty minor, and may have just been a problem with my room specifically.

What can I say, the city of Hollywood is scary. This is an older hotel, very small parking lot but clean rooms and affordable.

The proximity to the venue was supposed to be convenient.

I booked a single queen, ended up with a double. The room smelled like smoke, the tv audio didn’t work. The bathroom shower head leaked, the floor was dirty with the tile broken, the paint was peeling, there was a roach. That stretch of Sunset Blvd smelled and had too many homeless people, making walking to the venue terrible late in the evening. I ended up taking a Lyft the second night.
