Great location.

Cosy room with plenty of locations to go to.

Something unchangeable, but how narrow the driveway was to access the parking lot. It looked like a lot of cars had scratched the walls, but other than that it was perfect

Great location. Very nice staff. They deserve to work in a nicer place.

This is very clearly a run down motel that got an exterior paint job. Room 116 has a gap in the front door large enough to clearly see the hallway floor from inside the room. It was one kick away from being off the frame. Not safe at all. Room 218 was better but still had large patches of bubbling paint as if there was extensive water damage. These rooms should be under $100, not $150 on a weekday and $250 on a weekend. “Continental breakfast” was coffee, bananas, and juice boxes. The whole place is a joke for $150-250 / night. For $70 more dollars you can stay in real luxury one mile away, which is what we did for our third night instead of booking again with best western.

I felt safe.

The protestors were across the streets and car kept honking at them all day till they left at night. It was horrible.

The staff where amazing the location the courtyard was nice the shower had amazing water pressure the amount of shampoo was amazing

The windows and shutters where so full of dirt and just gross overall the beds where hard as a rock the pillows where so used out could hear everyone tv on paper thin walls super uncomfortable the remote to the tv did not work there breakfast was juice and donut they said cold breakfast I thought bread cereal no just a kids juice and donut soda machine was out just for what I paid it was disappointing

Breakfast was small and not enough options. We stayed 3 nights and didn't receive a turn down or asked if we wanted one.

the staff there was amazing. it’s small but perfect. it’s right across the street from James Cordens show (we’ll not anymore, he left the studio)

the door in our room did have a piece where people can actually see in our room towards the bottom of it. we kept one of our luggage there to block visual

We had some issues checking in, unfortunately they gave us an extra room and told me that we for sure had it and then an hour later took it back. This made it really difficult for my team/clients as we were traveling together for a work trip.
