Everything was pleasant and nice! The only thing was not expected that all beach chairs were broken except one, no beach umbrella even it was advertised as present. Beach was very close and beautiful, pool was big and clean, sauna did not work. Otherwise it is Very nice place!!!

Was a Wonderful stay.

The condo was extremely clean and well maintained. The building and hallways were not as nice as the actual condo. We were so comfortable. Tasha was extremely responsive to all questions. The beach was very crowded due to the holiday weekend. The "private" area was extremely small and we were confused as to which belonged to Anchorage. We were asked to move a couple of times.

What a great place to stay! Looking to book again in the future. The second room gives you a sunrise every morning and the ability to have a great meal while on vacation is a plus. Three beaches to spend a great day! Thanks for all the extras in the closet.

All good things to say. Our kids loved the pool area. We would spend mornings at the pool before walking across the street to the beach. Beach towels, toys, football, beach chairs, wagon were all included which was very convenience. Communication was great, would absolutely stay again!

The condo was perfect for my family and I's reunion trip back to Siesta Key! We loved the three balconies, large living space, and nice kitchen! Appreciate having the chairs & wagon as we weren't aware the deeded beach access didn't have chairs! Would definitely stay here again and again! The Host is also so sweet. She was extremely responsive and respectful with check in and out times!

We loved our stay at the Anchorage. Spacious, scenic, and well appointed. The kitchen has everything you might need and the beach supplies were great - two boogie boards, several beach chairs and a wagon. We loved the private beach access and the amazing sand! We enjoyed the picturesque spot on the intercoastal waterway where we saw egrets, osprey, pelicans and dolphins. The staff was unfailingly helpful and friendly. The large heated pool and plentiful chairs and umbrellas were wonderful. We will be back! Just one minor suggestion; for this reviewer, who likes to walk around the condo barefooted, the floors were pretty dirty.

Excellent experience with pre-booking and pre-arrival communications. Comfortable apartment and plenty spacious for four. Best feature is lots of windows and multiple balconies. Recommend upgrading guest bedroom to traditional bath/shower. Beach supplies on site were a bonus.

Perfect location with beautiful views! This place has everything you need to be comfortable. Beach access was easy and nice , the condo had beach accessories which was so nice to have. We will definitely be back!

Very quick responses from owner and property mgr - was greatly appreciated - with 2 broken beach chairs and cutting time short due to Hurricane Ian; comfortable bed/MBR - appreciated nite lites! Pool was great! Wish we would've known how far it was to walk to the beach (vs being ON the beach) - we have bad knees. Also, LR furniture was not comfortable-good for outdoor, but not for main living area. LR television was nice, but very hard to understand-not user friendly! We had great communication with owner/property mgr. and view was good; would've liked another couple days there - lots of good restaurants!

Easy check in and access to the room. The condo had everything we needed for a day at the beach. Great views from the balconies. Well stocked kitchen with new appliances. Nice swimming pool, and beach within walking distance. Great stay!

Very easy to contact and get information initially. Allowed early check in. Sent information about local spots that was helpful. Upon arrival to unit there was extremely loud construction. We learned that they were replacing windows and doors in the unit directly below. This happened from 9-4 for 5 out of our 7 days. Not just a little banging. It was to the point you couldn’t even speak to one another. No waking up past 9, no having a peaceful lunch at condo or afternoon naps. We wasted a lot of money and vacation time on this trip. I reached out to owner and property manager with global. We were advised that “hopefully they will finish quickly and will update on construction”. Owner was kind and sympathetic and refunded $100 which was appreciated however doesn’t compare to 30 hours of construction on your vacation. Reimbursement should have been much greater. We arrived on a Tuesday. On Friday I text both owner and property manager asking for update. No reply. On Monday I text how upset we were and how I hoped things would be managed differently for any further guests so they don’t have to go through this and sacrifice their vacation. When you pay this kind of money it’s unreasonable to be expected to leave for the day. I received zero acknowledgment or reply from this message either. I was trying to be courteous and understanding however ignoring guests after assuring you would be updated is unacceptable. It was not the restful vacation we were counting on. Cleaning items that need addressed with property management: Visible food in cracks of tables, master bathroom sink is missing the top of the drain and visible black “stuff” in drain that has a very bad odor. Shower doors off track in master. Crack by sliding master shower door that was black appeared to be mold. Most of the equipment in closet that is free to use as far as beach chairs and umbrellas are broken. This is complimentary so not complaining however the property manager needs to address and remove broken items. The communication started out so well and we had high hopes to contribute to make this building our yearly visit. This will not be the case. If you choose to rent this space I advise you to be cautious about the above and ask the right questions. Siesta is gorgeous. Would visit the area again in a heart beat.

The location of this place was great. Within walking distance of the beach and some restaurants. The condo was clean, beautiful and has everything you needed. The views were great also!!

We absolutely loved this condo ! Excellent location excellent views ! The best thing about this experience was the property owner and property manager ! We did not have any problems or issues however I can 100 percent say if there were any problems they would address whatever it was immediately! Because I had to reach out just to ask a question and They got back to me in seconds! They made the entire process stress free and so easy and organized to check in and wanted to make sure that you had a great stay and were comfortable ! I almost don’t want to say how good our stay was because I plan to go back and if this becomes so popular Im afraid it will be hard to book it again ! That being said they deserve a great review!

A very easy and straightforward process for both check in and check out with the owner being very responsive to our questions. Lovely views, great amenities, and so close to the beautiful beach!

Really enjoyed our stay, the condo was perfect for our family of three. The intercoastal views and peekaboo ocean view were a highlight. The beach access makes this a great option to enjoy the sandy beaches of Siesta Key. We could easily walk to dinner or call for a shuttle to get into the village. Highly recommended condo

The place was beautiful

Wonderful location close to restaurants, beach excellent view of intercostal waters great sunrise and sunsets, well appointed home with everything that you need to have a beautiful vacation. Property manager was very attentive to any of our needs.

Easy booking and checkin. The walk to the beach takes about 5 - 10 minutes. Even though condo is not on the beach, it cleanliness and location is very good.

This condo was great on so many levels! Great neighbors in the building - always a friendly smile or comment! Excellent communication with the owner! The walk to the beach is short and the beach of course amazing! Loved the small efficient kitchen and the bed was very comfortable! The decks were an added bonus too! I highly recommend this condo!

The room was great and clean. Everything you need, from pots and pans to beach supplies was provided. The location is walking distance to multiple restaurants, a bait shop, the beach, and a grocery store. We would definitely stay here again.

Well located condo across the street from Crescent beach! 2bedroom condo has been updated and is very clean. Balconies are wonderful.

I believe this was one of the best places I have ever stayed in. I felt soooo relaxed and everyone was so very friendly. Everything I needed was within 3 miles. I can't wait to stay here again.

This property has eveything you need for the beach, even a beach cart you can load up so you don't have to carry anything. Super convenient and fun for kids as they provide kids beach toys. The owner and property manager were really friendly and easy to work with. Can't wait to come back and visit.

This condo is better than the pictures show. This is a corner unit with 3 balconies perfect. The main balcony off the kitchen and main living area is perfect. Big Chairs to relax and read and a little bistro table with chairs for morning coffee. The sun coming up in the morning is amazing. This unit has everything you could want for beach and vacation enjoyment.

Excellent location and condo. The private beach access was a great value add. A short 3 minute walk to the beach. The rental was equipped with everything we needed for the beach. The pool was great for a quick after beach dip. Close enough to the village for a night of fun and great restaurants. Can’t beat the location.
